Oh boy, where do I start? Girlfriends father and mother graciously treated us to lunch on Sunday, he sent us a link to their website. Everything looked pretty good, awesome. When we got there things changed pretty quickly. First thing I noticed was that there was very limited seating, I guess they would prefer customers to take out? There are two small tables and then a long "bar" against the wall. It makes for small groups conversating pretty hard. Secondly, after we ordered there was no methodology to how you put on toppings. They a line like Subway or Chipotle, but we had two burgers on the same tray which made us both ordering a bit confusing. The employee could have easily asked, "Is there anything you guys want from this particular section" before moving down the line to the next section. That was partially our faults, but there wasnt much order in it and its compounded if you have more than 2 people ordering. Third the food was super mediocre. My patty wasnt even a full patty. Looked like broken up pieces of meat tossed on there and the burger patty was thin to begin with. Not McDonalds thin, but certainly small. The highlight of the burger is entirely centered around throwing a bunch of toppings on there, not creating quality. Then we got our fries. A good amount, but they were undercooked and many were tinted green. Oily and undercooked. They didnt taste awful, but it may have been because my burger was super mediocre. Lastly the chips had mixed textures. I had one that was soft and chewy on one side, rubbery, and the other side it was crisp. The only pro I can think of is that I didnt get food poisoning. I would not go back here even if it were free.

I have been going here for a while now, I constantly recommend it to friends and coworkers but the past few times Ive had bad experiences. Sadly I wont be recommending this place anymore. Tonight I went with my whole family and when we started ordering we found out they were out of 3 different sodas, chicken fingers, chips and chocolate milkshakes. I asked for a water cup, the cashier handed me a cup but when I got back and the order was paid I realized she charged me for a soda and there was a sign on the wall that reads "No free cups, all out. Sorry." She didnt tell me this at all, so she just hoped I wouldnt notice. If you look at the back of the store, by the soda machine, they keep some of their potatoes that they use for fries and chips back there, and there were at least two big sacks of them sitting there. This means they DID have chips but no one was cutting the potatoes to make them. I work in a food counter service setting so I notice these things and I try to sympathize with employees but this was laziness. Only two employees were on tonight but one of them left to go sit on the bench outside and go on his phone when the orders where done, leaving the store a mess. The food tastes really good (when they have and prepare it for you), and I remember having great service in the past, but this was a bad experience and I dont think Im coming back here again.

Great food, friendly staff... It was our first time trying this place, were looking for a good burger...well we found it! A little on the expensive side, but really good burgers. We also got the loaded fries which was more than enough to share between us, we ended up taking at least half of them home with us. ...and I got the peanut butter cup shake, they only had chocolate ice cream, but it made the shake even better in my opinion. We are leaving completely full, and more than satisfied! We WILL be back!

Its almost a crime that Ive had 4 of the 5 burgers and am just now leaving a review. Deep Sea...tremendous. Veggie...to die for. Chicken...other worldly. Beef...A-MA-ZING! The Gyro burger is next. The toppings bar is extensive and I get a different experience every time I go. I love that they added French fries to go along with the homemade potato chips. Burgers Chips and Shakes is one of my favorite places!

Absoulotly atrocious service I tried calling and I waited for 5 minutes just for them to pick up than I went to there resturant and got a burger and it was terrible it was cold my lettuce was pink so I asked for a new one and they wouldnt give me a new one

This burger place is soooo good. I went there last week and had a beef burger. A few days later, I went to another burger place and I couldnt finish it because it just wasnt the same as Burgers Chips and Shakes. BCS is a must visit!

The burgers and fries were excellent, but the service was even better. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped guide us through the menu, and steer us clear of my sons allergens. We will definitely be back.

Burgers are off the charts!!!! Everything is fresh... Milk shakes are creamy and their French fries are hand cut. Not the frozen ones that smash burger has. Awesome local place.

The apple pie milkshake didnt taste like apple pie, the chips werent at all nacho and were too salty, and the burger was dry. Very expensive too for food thats terrible.
