Our first time - we love looking at menus on-line to get an idea of what they offer, which we did for this place. The food was delicious - to start we had soft pretzels with cheese dip. The pretzels were hot and salty - PERFECT! But...the cheese dip tasted like we could have gotten it in a convenience store. The small salad my husband ordered was very tasty and fresh - it couldnt have looked or tasted better, and was larger than some salads that are supposed to be dinner at other places! I had the corn and crab quesadillas - YUMMY! My husband had the "mini" bolis. We took one of those home and shared it the next day. Two thumbs up - it could have been four stars if not for the cheese. And our waiter Tom was very attentive!

Terrible experience. The waitstaff was incredibly rude. I had a long trip home, so I asked them for a cup of coffee. The response was "well then Id have to brew a new pot!" Repeatedly asked for the coffee, to no avail ("I told you Id have to brew a new pot!"). Got a coke instead, which was mostly ice and she never refilled. The meal took over 2 hours for no apparent reason. The other tables were all full of dirty dishes. I left no tip, and when I was walking out she came out and harassed my father for one. Highly recommend you skip this place completely. The food was OK, but some of the dishes were cold. On top of that, they overcharged us and we had to get them to take it off.

We went to Your Place on a Friday night. The atmosphere is unique and inviting. It wasnt super crowded, maybe about half full. We ordered drinks and an appetizer shortly after arriving. The drinks took longer than expected to arrive. The appetizer, buffalo chicken dip with chips, took an hour to arrive! Our food took close to an hour as well (a quesadilla and a small pizza). The waitress said they had two cooks call off, but this was just ridiculous. The waitress was relatively kind and apologetic, but the wait was just too much. We might try ordering takeout in the future, since the food was decent, but we dont plan on dining in again.

HORRIBLE service!!! We had reservations a few days prior for our volleyball players and families. We got there and they had tables ready for us so they definitely knew we were coming. Food started coming out for some after a VERY lengthy time however we had to go and get our own utensils. We were told to only give utensils to those that already had their food because they didnt have enough for everyone! Multiple times we had to go in search of a waitress. 2 hours later we had players and families leave WITHOUT even getting their food!!!!! Their excuse was they were busy however there were multiple tables empty. Ridiculous!!!!!

I dont understand all the bad reviews. I travel to Harrisburg every year and spend two weeks here trying my hardest to only eat here now and then. The Stromboli "Boli" is better than sex and I actually just ordered two for our Super Bowl mini party at my Hotel. The restaurant is family friendly too, my pregnant wife, 3 year old son and I spent an hour there and had great service. This restaurant is always a highlight and I look forward to it every year. Me and my colleague attempted a order of the delivery variety via telephone at the first hour of ante-meridian time. This was a good hour before their closing time disclosed on the domain on the world wide web. After waiting 17 rings (exactly.) the grotesque-sounding she-troll (under the acclaimed alias of "Greta") that answered the phone informed us that the restaurant would be closing in 5 minutes. Keep in mind it had only been an hour and a quarter since midnight at the time, leaving a good 45 minutes until closing. As I was hanging up I heard racial slurs in the background.

HORRIBLE Customer service HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I decided to come here on a Saturday afternoon and when we got there there was only one other couple seated out of like 50 tables Also the sign before entering says "please seat yourself". We sat at our table waiting for a waiter for 10min!!!! We spotted him just hanging out looking at our table on his phone and not giving us ANY service. Not even a freaking glass of water. So we decided to just walk out and go to a different reataurant. So we went to Aroogas and had a great time there.

If there was a lower star I would choose it. Went to order food with my co-work gave a us hard time over how we can pay for it they let it get cold. It is over prices with cheap meats that are from the deli. Their "famous" Stromboli is nothing special at all just meat that is on sale at the grocery store. Over all the food is not worth the wait or the hassle. The staff is AWFUL, disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional. When you order food for pick up you go into a separate door that you can see into a dirty, decaying kitchen. I would stay AWAY

Slow service , came here last year and nothing has changed ! Table of 3 , long story short our appetizer came out an hour after we ordered it , my mother never received her meal so we traveled across the street to Arbys so she could eat dinner. I ordered the Hawaiian burger, the kitchen ran out of pineapple and we were told our bill would be deducted however it was not. Burger was still bleeding. Sitting at a table for 2 hours waiting on food was not a fun experience. Defiantly not coming back !!

We used to order from this place all the time. There were a couple of screw ups here and there but nothing major. Until they flat out refused to do a small favor (toasting an Italian sub) for us which should not have been a big deal for them manage. The guy on the phone was kinda rude about the whole situation. I guess they dont need our business if they let it go so easily.

Waited over an hour for a party of 7 and the place was not even busy. There was 5 tables that were vacated for over 30 minutes without being cleaned off. The servings were delivered 10 minutes apart and some were not even right. On the bright side, the beer was cold and the mugs were frosty, which was surprising considering the amount of time it took to get to you.

this is a very friendly place, the bartender Denise is an awesome bartender, very attentive and attractive. the cooks plated the food very maticulously and cooked to order. the management even came over and asked how everything was and i was sitting at the bar. i would highly recommend a visit to this establishment of your ever in Harrisburg area.

The staff is very down to earth, the food tasted great, and great price. I even asked for a manager, to compliment the service, and was promptly greeted by a manager (I believe her name was Michelle) and was thanked for my purchase. I give compliments, only when due. After reading a few of these reviews I almost didnt go. Im glad I did.
