My bf and I walked into this location and several staff walked right on by and looked right at us and didnt seat us for 8 min. Then this lady came over and rolled her eyes and said "2"? & we said yah and it took her how long to get it straightened out where she was sitting us. Then the waitress dint come to the table for 6.5 mins. To get our drink order. I gave her our drink order and told her 2 orders of cheese fries and said paused and dint know wut to say and said well idk.....u mean u want cheddar cheese melted over top? I said yeah...(I previously called to see if they had them they had no hesitation and said yes we do). So then when she brought the order out I said could you please melt this a little more bc the cheese was half melted she rolled her eyes and said sure brought it back out and it just dint look appealing. Meantime, in the backround I see other waitresses not caring and asking customers questions from a mile away bein very disreapectful. They also broke a few things in the kitchen. We told tha manager we werent happy and the guy who had recently checked out ahead of us came in and complained they charged him wrong so we walked out in disgust!!! Danville pa perkins is tha best!!! Jamie is a kickass waitress!!!

Two Stars goes for cleanliness of the place. Granted it was also somewhat a detriment. Service was acceptable, greeted and seated as soon as I walked in. Waitress was along shortly and took my order for an unsweetened iced tea. Brought it back and then proceeded to bring out a mop and start mopping the immediate area around my table. After looking at the menu, I decided that their pick 3 for $8.99 option sounded decent. It was pick 3 items from soup, side salad, half sandwich and dessert. I chose chicken noodle soup, blt salad and chicken tender sandwich. Brought out shortly and it was almost unacceptable. Chicken noodle soup = Progresso can heated up. Blt salad was the highlight of the meal with lettuce that wasnt too old and bacon on top, but the tomatoes were old and for some reason it was topped with shredded cheese. And the chicken tender sandwich was cooked well, but it had a very distinct flavor of fish. More than likely frying oil hasnt been changed in too long and theyre too lazy to even filter it. Best part of the whole meal was finding out that my iced tea was $2.75... That was obnoxious. Will never come back and highly advise everyone else to stay away.

Garlic buttered talapia would be much better if it was actually cooked in garlic butter. Food looked as if it sat for half the day under a heat lamp. The waitress never bothered to offer to refill my drink. Once I ordered, I was completely ignored except when she brought me my food. I paid $4 dollars extra for a loaded baked potato which turns out to be some bacon bits and a pinch of grate cheese sprinkled on top. To top it all off; I had to go to the cashier to get my $18 dollar check. Portions were small, expensive, and left a bad taste in my mouth. Save yourselves the disappointment and heart ache. Avoid this place. The restaurant at the T/A across the street is way better than this Perkins.

Im very dissatisfied as I sat down for dinner the waitresses were rude and I was trying to decide on what to eat when this young lady became agitated because I was not fast enough . so finially decide to order a chicken sandwich. I realized I left my phone in my semi . so I informed this waitress Ill be right back. upon returning to my rabble I noticed my silverware had a napkin wrapped around it. as well as the green substance like individual blew there nose I asked my server to come to the table she was laughing omg I was so mad

The server ignored our order. The manager backed him up, stating the extra food we did NOT order, but received, was only 30 cents more. When I asked why I should have to pay for food that I would have to throw away, the manager stated that I shouldnt, but why throw it away. Then he stated he didnt understand. They both need to listen to the customer. If I wanted that much food, Id have ordered it! I dont appreciate the strong-arm method. Definitely NOT recommending this particular Perkins Restaurant.

Great folk here. Stopped by late afternoon with my two small kids (crying infant and 2 yr old toddler). They were so kind. Much-needed coffee was instantly flowing and a number of creative distractions were provided to my exacting daughter as I bottle-fed my wailing son. They made me feel welcome and were the bright moment during a somewhat gruelling 6-hour journey. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Food was good, portions were adequate, price was right and service was EXCELLENT! We had breakfast and it was busy. Our waitress had some picky customers whom she had to give extra attention to. She apologized to us for not being quicker and as attentive. Then gave us our choice of free muffins (which are huge) and $5.00 off our bill. I hope all Perkins are this great.

Had breakfast there this morning and first they were out of cinnamon bun French toast then when my next choice arrived, eggs bacon and a waffle, everything was cold. I understand being busy but our waitress was to busy pouring coffee 3 feet above the cup to bring our food out promptly or even refill my "bottomless tea"?

Was seated and another table was seated and again another. 15mins goes by and the waitress asked the 3rd table what they wanted for drinks and we still had no drinks. Got up and left and walked across the street to the TA Country Pride great service and great food! Highly recommend you go across the street

Food is well prepared and taste good. Restaurant is clean and our Waitress Jamie was outstanding and a pleasure with a smile. She was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Her recommendations were right on target for what we wanted. Add the food and the Waitress and its 5 stars.

Perkins Restaurant is my go to for last minute cookies and pies. We enjoy their breakfasts on the weekends because the wait staff is always professional & they update their menu options often. They also offer a conference area for meetings if needed. Love this place.
