Im sorry you took the time to write this review. When I talked to you last week about your experience, you told me that you did not inform my employees about your nut allergy. We take nut and all allergies very seriously in our store, and our pecans, almonds, walnuts & peanuts are right where the customer can see them. Our oven is even out front on the back counter where it is in the customers view for heating up the funnel cake. The only reason we go in the back is to get ice cream out of the freezer that has not been touched by other spades.

This is the only Cold Stone that gives you less and charges you extra without informing you.. I asked the server if he could go a little heavy handed on one of the fillers, he did and charged me extra. I informed him it was important to know of the extra charge before hand, not after the fact. Thats not good business. Ive been here only three times in four years and the service remains the same. Id sooner drive further or go elsewhere for a similar product.

I informed the young ladies about having allergies. The girl that took my order wasnt the person making my order. I said I needed to know the policy on nuts. They began to talk about me while waiting for the funnel cake to warm up. I wasnt completely comfortable with them after knowing its made in a back room. I was afraid of what would happen to me.
