Went to the Colonial Park Buffalo Wild Wings location. Worst $1119 and change I EVER spent. Seated at 7:55pn. Ordered drinks and didnt get them till 8:15. ( Keep in mind we are a family of five so it was my husband and I, our 3 daughters and a friend. ). Drinks came and had too many Pepsis, and no Lemondades. Waited about another 10 minutes for that because it "had to be brought from the bar". Ordered an appetizer and our meals. Ordered the LOADED nachos and when they came out it was a pile of chips with barely anything on them. Tried to flag down our waitress but she avoided us like the plague. Had to request some type of plates to share again (requested that when we ordered but she forgot). Asked three times for more napkins. Meals came out - none of the ranch we ordered came out. Forgot an order of French fries, and my Prime Rib salad ! What a joke. Looked like it had a few pieces of meat from a steak sandwich type of meat definitely nothing that resembled prime rib. Cake topper? They forgot my dressing and I was a third of the way down with my salad till I got it Nothing about our experience was pleasant. Service was horrible. Food was not even close to how it was described on the menu. No one cleared our baskets and plates even though they were stacked at the ends of the table. When we were leaving, I asked the girl as you walk in the entrance and leave if there was a manager I could speak with or a comment card. Her response ? No but you could probably look on line and find something. Never asked me what was wrong. Never asked if everything was ok. What a huge disappoint and waste of our money. Such a disappointment when you take you family out for a treat night and this is your evening. And my one star with this review? That was only given because its not an option to put none. Never felt like we pissed money away on a night out as much as we did tonight. What a disappointment. Server name? Joleen. Table 212/2. And order #60041.

I agree with Mary Pratts suggestion to make the drive to the Carlisle Pike location. Of all of the restaurants and sports bars Ive ever been to, this was hands-down, without question, the worst in every possible way. If youve eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings elsewhere (or if youve never eaten here), you deserve better than the Jonestown Road/ Colonial Park location can ever hope to offer--unless you like leaving restaurants more hungry than when you came in. A night of celebrating and catching up with friends over food and drinks quickly turned into a game of "Who Else Is Open and How Long Will We Sit Here Until We Walk Out From Frustration?" I used to work as a server and would have forgiven the delay if we were at least acknowledged by our server and informed of why the wait time was so extreme when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. But after waiting nearly 20 minutes from the time we first sat down, and after seeing our sever and countless others strewn about in remote booths as ours and six neighboring tables went unattended, no one was in the mood to empathize. The problem at the Jonestown Road/Colonial Park location lies in the complete lack of top-down management and organization. And it youre unfortunate enough to stick around you get to sample a lackluster performance in food and drink preparation as well. My first time dining at the Colonial Park Buffalo Wild Wings will have absolutely been my last. I regret not leaving sooner and I regret giving this Buffalo Wild Wings consideration in the first place when the service, quality of food and overall experience is worlds better elsewhere.

Horrible, apathetic, disorganized service... The wait for a table was taking much longer than the 15 minutes we were told upon arriving. When we inquired about how much longer it would be, we found that our names were mistakenly crossed off the waiting list! Once we finally got a table it took about 30 minutes just to have our server appear at our table to take our order and quite some time to receive our food and drink. The wait staff didnt seem interested in taking our payment either -- after over a half hour of waiting to pay, we tried to pay up front and state our issues with the service. That was still met with an utter lack of interest by all staff involved and they also took an inordinate amount of time to get our credit card back to us despite knowing all of our frustrations... The food was average and the TVs were working -- those were about the only "positives" that we found at this restaurant. Everything about the service was extremely poor... I have been to two other BWW locations which were run reasonably well. However, based on my experience, ANY other similar establishment in the Harrisburg area would be a better option.

This restaurant just opened in December 2012, and this is the first weve been able to get over to check it out. Coming from Ohio, our expectations were pretty high, as thats where they originally started the chain. We were not disappointed. The use of space, the amount of tables and tv monitors, and the service was great inside this mall setting. We went on a Friday night at peek time, and our party of 7 was seated under 30 minutes. Our server was super friendly and very accommodating. It took quite awhile for our food to arrive, but it was hot and fresh. There is such a variety of sauces and seasonings to chose from, you wont be disappointed, if you love wings! They keep it fun with the Wild Wings eating contest. Also, the restaurant, including the bathrooms were clean. The hostesses couldve been a little more friendly and cheery, but it was busy. If you dont mind all the TV moniters and louder atmosphere, its a neat place.

I have given this Buffalo Wild Wings the benefit of the doubt several times and every time the service is horrible and the food is meh. This last time we were sat by the hostess only to over hear our waitress tell her she could not handle our table. Then we waited.. and waited.. and waited.. because the hostess never reassigned our table. After an exceptionally long wait we stopped the next waitress we saw and told her our issue. Luckily she was nice enough to take our order and handle our table. When the food finally came out, only half was there. They were missing an entire persons order. It just continued to go down hill from there. So, I have to admit the $70 bill stung when we received it. The one thing they dont have a shortage of is young waiters and waitresses standing around talking and not waiting on customers. If you want the BWW experience drive to the Carlisle Pike, its worth it.

Yesterday was our first BWW experience. We read the reviews for this location and were hesitant to try it, but we decided to take a chance. The hostess was smiling and cheerful, and we were taken right to a table. Our server, Wendy, was perfect - happy, quick on the drink refill, kept the table tidy and checked on us frequently. We enjoyed our tasting experience to help us decide which sauces to try. Our food was served hot and tasted great. My only complaint is I like my wings coated with sauce so there wasnt quite enough sauce for me. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal, and we will visit this location again. (They also had clean bathrooms which is very important!)
