I had my ceremony and wedding reception here in the banquet room; the owners and staff were absolutely amazing and worked very hard to make sure we were happy. A few of my guests stayed in the rooms, and my husband and I stayed in the largest room. Everyone was very satisfied with their room and how clean it was. I loved our room with the king sized bed and Jacuzzi tub; although it was a little on the small side it was still very nice. As for set up the owners were very hands-on with arranging with the vendors and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was done by Chef Exclusive but was absolutely delicious; we just did appetizers but everyone was raving about the food. My husband was a little upset about a particular dish, but to make up for it the owners gave us a free nights stay which was very much appreciated. Also, the rent to reserve the banquet room was extremely reasonable, more so than other major venues in the area. So overall, I am very happy with my experience with the Holly Inn and would definitely recommend it as a great venue for any special event.

My Fiance and I went to this restaurant for the first time, keep in mind it is the Valentines season. He had a Delmonico steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and I had a stuffed pork loin with spinach and feta, and a side of squash. The Squash was the best part of our meal. My pork was under cooked, and his steak was cooked to his preference, but tasted like a chewy sneaker. I had asked the waitress if the pork looked cooked to her, and she immediately took the plate to the kitchen and had it cooked longer. Without even asking, we were then told that we would receive 2 free desserts. Which was very generous given the situation. Although my fiance did not mention that his steak was not very delightful, they knew the pork was ultimately raw. Despite the unpleasant meal, our waitress was amazing. Probably the best waitress I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I was not very please with this restaurant especially considering the price of our meal. We will not be returning to the Holly Inn for another dinner.

I was there for dinner, service was good I got wings and a burger the breading on the wings was really good they did have a lot of different kinds of sauces but the wings were a little fatty, the burger I had them cook medium and it was inside , but the outside of the burger was to burnt and chared . The fries that came with the burger were very very delicious. Yes I would go there again it was a fun place to eat but I would try something different .

Great place! We stopped in on our way home. We sat at the bar and ordered food. The bartender was very friendly and the bar was very clean. We ordered a French dip and a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Both were excellent and the fries were hand cut. The peach cobbler with ice cream was absolutely the best I ever had! We stumbled on Karaoke night and had such fun. Staff and patrons all very friendly. We cant wait to go back!

Had a nice appetizer, seafood entrees arent bad, DO NOT ORDER THE MEATLOAF... It kinda looked like it had been under the heat lamp since lunch and was nothing but bread. I thought it was me, but partner tried it and immediately sent it back. I ended up with a mealy mash potato ( instant potato and granulated garlic... Sigh )dinner that was pretty lackluster as well. It was a pretty place, but wow, that was bad....

Terrible service and bad food. Ten minute wait for a draft, went to the bar and ask them to send drinks while the waitress was standing there talking to someone. We had five people who ordered meals. Three of the five were cold. This was my second visit, the first was just as bad but I thought maybe it was a bad night; not so. Just terrible management. Wont go again.

The waitress sherri was very rude the other nite plus my food was cold worst the boss marie wouldnt even notice or say hi 2 costumers no friendly welcome never eat there again colby didnt even get us our beers he was 2 busy talking on his phone and no resturant should have a rude snobby miserable waitress the way sherri talks 2 ppl

I stayed 3 night last year in August, I found the place to be quite nice although the wifi was spotty at best (mountainous area). The best part for me was the restarant and the lounge, there was good entertainment and one of the most proficient male bartenders I have encountered. I would return again if needed.

Charming and historic upscale-ish tavern, restaurant and inn. Wide variety of entertainment and live music. Excellent food! Great location from which to enjoy Carlisle, Pine Grove Furnace, Boiling Springs, Hershey and Gettysburg! They also have a nice little ball room/ banquet hall downstairs.

Went here for Thanksgiving day buffet. It was really, really good. The staff was friendly, and there was a great variety of really tasty dishes. I would definitely consider making that a new holiday tradition. Im also interested in trying them out on a non-holiday occasion.

Had a wonderful dining and bar experience at the holly inn for my first time ever going there. The waitress was very helpful when helping me decide on a wine to drink. It was open mic night the night i went and had an enjoyable time listening to the different musicians.
