This business is in a really tricky location that might be hard for some to find if you arent familiar with the area. Its a very small building with limited seating and if theres anything happening at the park right next to here then parking can be hard to find. They had a reputation for extremely long wait times to fill orders ...... So whats GOOD about it? Regardless of these inconveniences this place is WORTH all the trouble. It seems to me that this place has been more successful then the owners expected so its just growing pains. They recently added more kitchen equipment and can fill orders much faster. They are always busy regardless of the above mentioned inconveniences. Ive been here three times so far and I live almost an hour away so for me to go that distance and through all the trouble is a testament to how good the food is. I love their Hog Dog. Ive also tried their pulled pork, pulled turkey, and brisket, all have been delicious! Their bacon wrapped meatloaf is really good too. The sides that I have had that I really liked are their mac n cheese, baked beans, and fried cornbread balls. I cant wait for their new location to open over in Spring Grove as it seems like it will expand and build upon the success of this first location.

This place is great for those times you wanna BYOB, kickback, and get your redneck roast meat on. BUT, if youre a family with children, this may not be suitable. If youre HUNGRY, realize that youre going to be waiting for quite some time to get any actual food. Live (blues) bands, lots of adults of the rustic persuasion, lots of drinking, and lots of your standard BBQ menu items. And some of the people can be intimidating if you dont like biker types. Bikers are alright by me, but not for everyone else. Being called "3 Hogs" with some "big guys" running the place, I would have thought their special "hog trough" would have been more than filling. Quite the contrary, as I had to steal some items from my little ones that they didnt want to finish in order to get filled up. The food was alright, but Ive had REAL southern BBQ, and this is just standard. If you like Mission BBQ or Dickies, then this place will fit right up your alley! But remember that youre gonna be waiting for it an extra special long time. Extra special.

This is the best BBQ that my husband and I have ever had. Im not even kidding. No wonder these people win contest after contest! Really cool and unique little place. Has great TVs with football on Sunday while we were here. My favorite two BBQ sauces were in the fridge you have to grab them... Pineapple blaze and smoked apple. Unique cool drinks in the refrigerator cases. Some locals! We bought a couple to bring home to our daughter. The locals know and love this place. Steady lines throughout our stay on Sunday at 520. Line moved fast. You can order ahead. Love love love this place! Update.... Cant get enough and came back for more. Tried the burnt end Mac and cheese sandwich and eh. Id have rather have had the Mac and cheese with burnt end minus the sandwich part. The three alarm Philly cheesesteak was blisteringly hot, hubby had to order slaw to cool it down. The slaw is some of the best weve ever had. The Sriracha slaw is amazingly good. Great crowd beautiful day great service and so worth coming again!

Any other time Id give this place a 5/5 but tonight it was just downright bad. I was told if I used the app to put down anywhere on the order that I could exactly where its supposed to be delivered to because Im at a business with many stores, so I did that. When the driver arrived he complained that "next time I should put where it needs to be delivered" so I showed him on the receipt being that it was in bold letters mind you to deliver it at said place. He said "oh, my bad" and then left. I started to open my food up and realized that the mac & cheese was not in a plastic container and just thrown in the box and the burrito contained at most 2 slices of brisket. I really wanted to give a 5/5 because any other time its just great however this did not meet expectations and im slightly dissatisfied. Hopefully next time I can give it the 5/5 this place deserves.

Horrible Customer Service the girl taking orders dont know how to talk to customers , I decided to order delivery for the first time they messed up my order I got 10 wings less after waiting for 1hour when I called them I talked to a girl and then Brandon who could not careless he was like its only 2 people here cooking and what you want me to do then started to argue with me and said I only orderd 10 wings and not 20 wings when I told him have my email receipt copy then he decided to send out the remaining 10 wings when I got the 10 wings it was Burt and so chewy I could not of eat it anyway I hope others will take heed and please beware of the place and their horrible customer service !!!

Dining inn. Cook comes out and tells me they ran out of wings. No big deal. Still had the rest of the order to eat. About 45mins later seeing other people got there food they ordered. I went and asked. The cook claims again that the rest of the order was lost. Didnt even get to taste there food. And they really didnt seem to care that this happen. Customer service is everything in this world. You have to make things right if mistakes happen. Big time fail and I can say this place doesnt exist as a place I will go eat ever again.

If you are within an hour of this place go here. I ate there the first time today and that Memphis Whiskey Burger omg. Is without a doubt the best thing Ive ate in a month or more (and I dont even care for burgers). And I get around well. All they need is truck parking seriously! I ride a bike to places like this and remember the good ones. 3 Hogs is a place Ill look forward to eating at anytime I get near here. Now if only I can remember where there other location was said to be at. By the way. Build one Anniston Alabama. Js.

A true American Dream! I dont know the owners personally, but I can say whoever they are has a lot of heart! Everything from the atmosphere to the food (oh the food) is absolutely amazing! Ive had Judy about all of it (pulled pork, pit beef, pit ham, the sides) and while they all arent all my particular taste (i.e. The really kickin spicy I red) the flavor is still there and so much effort put into it. This place does get busy, and it is obviously small, but just have some patience people- this place is worth it

Food is really good. Way better than surrounding bbq places by far. Before I wrote my review I read the others and everyone has had the same complaint all the way back a year and then some and that is the service. Atrocious. The girl behind the counter had a bad attitude and was complaining about things left and right to the customers faces while the other wait staff just stood around. And the wait time. The wait time was crazy. Pretty sure they smoked a whole brisket while I waited for my sandwich.
