Go to Pizza Box instead!! We ordered a deal off the Local Flavor app for VIM and it was $10 for $20 worth of dining. The deal said "buy now, use now." My husband went to pickup dinner and they refused to let us use the deal that we purchased. The deal said "present this certificate." We had the certificate, order number and redemption codes. Still, they refused to let us use it. Not only did we pay for our dinner in full, now we paid an additional $10 for this "deal" that they will not accept. On top of all of that, my husband got home and his buffalo chicken cheesesteak didnt even have hot sauce on it.

Dont expect them to do anything when they mess up your order. Weve ordered from them before, but this latest time I ordered a small pizza and they made a large instead. I understand mistakes happen, but not once did they apologize, or offer a solution other than paying full price for their mistake. Also, when I walked in, the cashier was on the phone, but then walked away from the counter without acknowledging me for about 5 minutes. Ill be trying other places in the area before I come back here.

I found a hair in my sub while dining in, i have short blonde hair i had pulled back. I found a long black hair, i never asked for my money back, the manager said it was mine and if i didnt like the food why was i there and he dont care if i never come back that i can go eat at pizza box, pizza box is better anyway. When i have them deliver the order is always wrong, food was cold and fries are freezing!!!!!! Terrible customer service, ignorant racist assholes!!!

This place sucks. I will never order from here again. Pizza Hut has better food. And has people who can understand English. A hour later we have half of the order and then they argue with my husband. NEVER AGAIN
