The hostess, Erika, was rude from the very beginning. We told her there were 7 people in our party and she made it known right away how annoyed she was by us. WE HADNT EVEN DONE ANYTHING! Our waitress wasnt any better. She was also incredibly rude and slower than molasses in January. The phone was ringing the ENTIRE time and not one person bothered to answered it. I understand being slammed busy and short staffed and the place was fairly full but thats seriously no excuse to act so nasty to your customers. You work in the service industry, you get paid to smile at people even when you dont want to. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Placed an order for delivery at 9:26 pm and called at 10:30 to see where my order was, was told by the person who answered the phone that my card was declined and they couldnt reach me for an alternative payment. But when I called to see why it was declined there were no declined transactions and I know they didnt try calling cause I had my phone right by waiting cause the address where Im at sends you to the wrong place if you use a gps and they would have to call to see where I was. Sad that these people want $15/hr but dont want to work and do their job like theyre supposed to do.

Stopped at this Pizza Hut for a simple lunch meal for my group of 8 and walked in at 11:30 and was seated and we all ordered. It wasnt until 30 minutes later when we were told that the ovens werent heated yet and that we can go eat at the salad bar until then. Then another 30 minutes go by and one member asks the manager how long it will be and was told another 45 minutes until we would get our food. Highly disappointed considering I worked at a pizza shop in jersey for 3 years and the first thing I did when we opened the shop was turning on the oven. Like cmon

My husband and i went today for their lunch buffet. In the past we had desent service. However, today we were sat promptly, asked if want the buffet, we said yes, and were told to help our selves. Thats when service went south. It take 15 minutes, till we stopped someone stocking the buffet to ask for drinks and silverwear. Buffet was not well stocked. Only checked kn drinks once, other tables got checks 15 mintutes before us, which were sat, well after we had started. Floors and tables were dirty. Will be a while before we return.

2nd time ordering from these guys again -- food is over cooked. Was told by the person I spoke to my fries always come out cruncy to the point of being overcooked. I will not be ordering from them again -- Ill buy my wings at a real wings bar from now one. Very displeased. and why would I want a credit for a place that cant cook food

Its Pizza hut, and they serve beer. I got there shortly after opening and the bathroom was still dirty and there was still trash on the floor from the night before. Im not sure if its a trend, but clearly there was a problem with whoever is supposed to clean.

Food was good but it was way to cold for all of us. The seats on the booths need to be redone due to this pizza hut location really isnt that old, it was very dead for a Saturday night. Waitress was very nice with great service.

It took about an hour to get our food. We got our breadsticks 20 min AFTER we got our pizza. Pizza was overcooked. Waitress never showed up to see how things are going. Dont waste your time here!!!!

Small pizza took 15 minutes to prepare during the day. Pizza itself was fine but when I tried to eat food from another place with my fiance (who bought the actual pizza) I was kicked out.

Came for the lunch buffet. Hardly any pizza when we showed up. Only brought out one pizza in the 30 min we were there. No breadsticks at all. Really pathetic excuse for a buffet ..

The buffet have cold pizza, not enough choice. Only one waitress who is cashier, cooking and served. Slow, slow, slow. Also the table was dirty. Terrible!

Not sure how these guys do it but their pizzas are the best Pizza Hut pizzas weve ever had. Toppings are always spot on. And the service is always good too.
