I have been coming to this place for almost 3 years now but lately everytime i go i get disappointed with the food and service , our waitress was rude didnt right down our order she just memorized it and of course she got it all wrong , my gf asked for frozen margarita and it wasnt frozen not even the right flavor and when we told her she didnt seem to care to change it she was trying to convince us that we didnt mention what flavor she wants !! Appetizers took forever to b served and the steak wasnt cooked right and the burger and fries were cold !! And last but not least shw was super slow with the check and when she finally brought it it took her another 10 mins to return my credit card !! Definitely not coming back !!

First impressions are always the best and I had a really good experience my first time here. Comfortable seating, really friendly staff or at least the guy who served us and awesome food. We had Cajun chicken shrimp pasta, Garlic chicken and cheese, traditional wings, a couple of fresh fruit juices and a brownie obsession for dessert. I loved everything to say the truth. There is an option for endless, where they keep refilling, but we opted for the other. They only had boneless wings in that offer and it had too many conditions. Whatsoever, I definitely recommend this place!

Dumb hostess!! Parking lot empty as is resturant.Table for 2 please- that will be 10 min. with what I saw at least 20 empty tables. Another person comes in and is seated by manger right away. Girl was not even as smart as the menu. I said something and she told me he always sits there.WHAT? SO basically I didnt matter and she saw no problem with disrespecting us. They should fire her and hire a trained monkey. It would be better Service.

Staff were VERY rude and ignorant. Waited almost 45 minutes for a table of 5 and they sat down a group of 13 UD boys. When we tried speaking to the hostess, she was very rude and took our name off of the list and sat down a group that came in after us. We tried speaking to the manager about it after that had happened and she was very disrespectful. Never will I ever eat at this establishment again, and I will be wroting corporate.

Big fan of Fridays, but I wont be coming back to this location. During our meal, the power went out and we were forced to sit for nearly an hour while everything was sorted out. Had to end up finishing our meal as takeout at home. Ended up missing a movie because of the confusion. While I understand issues like that are out of the locations hands, their response was subpar at the best.

We arrived late and had nachos that were great and Miso wings that were goopy and overcooked. The wait staff were distracted even though it was quiet - never got a water refill, and we were seated in an empty zone of the restaurant with zero atmosphere. I would have preferred to be in the bar for a bit of life. So, very average.

Horrible experience! When they run the credit card through tbe second time tbe initial charge doesnt disappear lime our civilized restaurants. You call on the phone and get someone who barely speaks english. Only way to resolve it is call your bank and put a hold on it. They did this twice to me. I am finished with them!

Worst service Ive ever experienced, we ordered double shots when we were seated they came out after our food was served as well as that they charged me two shots at $7 a piece for a double so two doubles came to $28 and like I said out waitress only came out to give us our food never saw her again.

Waiter was attentive and polite. Food was good. Drinks were strong. Right outside my hotel so it was convenient and responsible for a good night. Family place and pretty cozy when the food takes its toll although Id leave earlier to sleep in my bed.

The wait staff are fantastic! The corporate company needs to do a better job of educating their staff on allergens and what the allergen is in a food, otherwise there isnt a whole lot to eat for those with very common allergies.

The decorations of this restaurant are very nice and interesting. There are lots star wars stuffs on wall also the dishes are delicious. However, u should wait for long time on Friday because so many people there.
