Im going to start this by saying the food was decent, not bad but not great. My biggest problem was that when the order was placed at 4:45 on a Thursday afternoon for 2 pizzas we were told it would be a hour. Thats fine but when we go to pick them up we get "oh, its gonna be another 20 minutes". Great. Fine. We get our pizzas and head home now after 6. Open the boxes and guess what, COLD PIZZA. The pizza was not worth the wait and the service sucked so I dont plan on making another visit to Sabatinos.

I pulled up reviews for the Sabatinos and went based on good reviews. They were right! The pizza is excellent!! Best since we lived in NY. Its a small place, we had a large group of 9 adults and 3 children and we pretty much filled up the place. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them. Very kind fellow New Yorkers. Even asked us if we needed a ride to our car because it was storming outside so badly... Go Giants :)

Amazing pizza! My family got seafood, I personally dont like seafood. So I stopped in here to get a slice of pizza. The slices are huge. They warm it up to make sure it if fresh! The crust is not the best in the world, but it is good. The toppings on the other hand were phenomenal. You can see them make the pizza right in front of you. Dont be deceived by the appearance. Stop in here for a quick slice you wont regret it.

Its a familiar sight in Charleston: you are drunk, confused and yelling at people. Your friends want to help you, perhaps get you some food, but they "cant take you anywhere". Worry no more, sober or not, Sabatinos will give you giant slices of pizza, very quickly, with a no nonsense attitude. May have some of the best beards in Charleston, so be kind.

I ordered a pizza to my room, when it was delivered it was all slid to one side flipped over and a mess, OK so I let them make me another, took forty minutes to get it and its not the beset tasting pizza by far, Im not from Charleston but I can assure I will never eat or recommend this place to anyone again. Really bad and slow service..

Unbelievably slow service and completely inattentive staff. They thrive on mostly drunk CofC students. I have been convinced to go here on several occasions by (very intoxicated) friends and the pizza and server are both extremely sub par. After living here for about 18 months this is easily the worst pizza place Ive been to

A POOR EXCUSE for NY pizza! Im a NYC native and a pizza snob, Ive had NY pizza in Charleston that blows this away! After waiting 25 min for slices I was hoping they would be decent. They were big but paper thin, the crust was utterly flavorless, the cheese was cheap and sliding away and I left hungry. Dont waste your money!

Some of the best NYC pizza Ive had downtown...granted it was 2am...But still VERY good. Its a very thin/soft crust that folds with the pressure of your pinky finger. So if you dont like that style this place isnt for you. Fresh ingredients all made right in front of you since this is a whole in the wall joint.

These guys Sab Chris Kevin kill it with Ny style pizza no one comes can beat their pizza...not only the best pizza but the coolest guys too...dont bother going anywhere else...it will just be a let down.my pittbull Roman wont eat anything but peperoni from Sabotinos..

Sabatino makes the best N.Y pizza Ive ever had. If you want giant pizzas, thats taste amazing with quality ingredients than I recommend sabatinos. I wish he shipped pizzas, cause its been too long, and man oh man how I would looove to have a slice of cheese pizza!

OMG ... I finally found REAL NYC ... and particularly, The Bronx style pizza .... do not pass this little treasure up! No pomp and circumstance .. just delicious NYC style ... from what I understand Sabatino learned from the best! I will be a frequent customer!

Just had one of the best New York pizzas Ive had in years. Daughters favorite, super picky eater, and every else in the party of five loved it. Thin, greasy, everything it should be. Cool servers and loose atmosphere. Best pizza Ive had in Charleston.

The BEST pizza place in Charleston. After eating Sabatinos pizza, other pizza joints dont even come close to the quality and taste of this stuff. Pizza runs about $3/slice and slices are HUGE (pic included). The inside is very small and casual.

The best pizza in the area. Sabatino is a good guy (and Bronx native), always experimenting to try to make things better. Get your New York style slices where the locals do. The square Sicilian style pizza is also good.

By NYC authentic they mean low end: its better than Pizza Hut. Crust was limp and not crunchy to taste. Im sure they can do better, the ingredients seemed to be there.
