Dont even try take-out. Ive been keeping track and in my experience only 1 in 11 orders has been correct enough that we did not have to *throw food in the trash (e.g. wings were not cooked, etc.)* or were not simply missing significant portions of the order. Oh, and once I got food poisoning more excruciating than any other illness Ive ever had (I know what was contaminated because it was the only food that only I ate in the preceding 48 hours). Dont brother complaining to a manager, either. I find they just blow you off and yell at the wrong employees. One of the few places I can get decently spicy food without having to insult a Thai waitress. :-P Atmosphere is very casual and fun (electronic trivia games are always running) and the food it inexpensive, though dont expect too much more than a typical fast food place.

I hardly ever feel compelled to write bad reviews but this time I just had to. We ate here tonight and ordered boneless wings and they were terrible. $12 for 12 wings and several of them had no chicken in them. They were all tiny (Im talking literally the size of a quarter) but I split several of them apart that had no chicken in them at all-just fried breading. What a joke. I had to cook dinner upon getting home from dinner after spending $40 because I wasnt going to eat that. Also, the happy hour drinks that we verified the prices on before ordering did not come up at happy hour price. Funny thing is this was the second time weve eaten here, which was my mistake since we had a similar experience the last time we went. Now I know and warn all others, dont waste your money here.

I dont recommend going for lunch on a week day. Went out to lunch with some coworkers, even called ahead to say we have a large group. We were the first ones there, they were out of many items requested and no one checked our drinks throughout the entire time. The food took over 40 minutes to come out, no one checked on us, and when it did they forgot two orders. No apologies or complimentary chips or something to say sorry for the wait. We were in suits so clearly on our lunch break. Manager came over and asked how things were, we said ok, the manager just walked away, didnt want to find out the problem(s). I had soup and salad, the soup was way too salty so I didnt even eat it, no asked me if I liked it. I dont want to go back.

Just picked up food and beyond disappointed... they forgot things, half of my order wasnt in the bag and we had to go back and get it... the chicken street tacos tasted like they had literally been left in the street all day and then boxed up, ive never tasted chicken so tough. The garden appetizer i got was supposed to come with hummus, tzatziki sauce, calamata olives, cucumbers, celery, red peppers and "warmed" pita... didnt get the tzatziki, celery, or olives and the "warmed" pita bread apparently meant theyd cook it to a crisp in a fryer that needs to be cleaned because you can taste everything thats sitting in the bottom... absolutely disgusting and so disappointed

Weve been here multiple times. The prices arent cheap but thats not why you go. Food is ok for this type of place. The real problem is that me and my son went sunday to watch some games and have some wings. We showed up at kickoff which I knew would mean we had to wait. That was my bad. The problem came when we went to stand in the bar area. There at least you could see most of the games. We ordered two sodas we finished those and I went to put them on the bar. The bartender came over, didnt ask if we wanted another just got me me bill. $6.50 for two sodas that sucked. We were going to have his birthday party there because thats what he wanted, not going to happen now.

Been in a couple of times. I usually get a burger and fries which is like $10 with fries. Not bad for the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Been in during the Baseball and Hockey postseason and usual noise that you would expect from sports fans. I did order the chicken wings. I know about the previous reviews before posting this and I completely agree. The commercials dont show you what you really get. If you want to get some high quality wings go to Wings over Albany/Saratoga not here. Other than that everything else was fine. No complaints with the service have had both a waiter and waitress and both did a good job for my taste.

Amazing service. My rowdy friends decided to try the two hottest sauces mixed together. Needless to say the results were..extreme. with in the next 20 minutes of consuming 2 bonless chicken wings my friend was on all fours in the parking lot involuntarily releasing his recent meal shortly followed by sudden defecation. In his panic he walked to the doors of the establishment only to realize in horror that they had closed for the night. With a shred of hope and leaving dignity behind he began to desperately bang in the Windows untill a kind employ granted him access to the facilities. 10/10 would visit

Was the worst service I have ever got in my life! I had to get all my drink own drinks cause the waitress never came back. The food came out was not hot just warm. Asked for ranch and it came out after we finished our dinner and the girl that served us just dropped the bill on the table and grabbed it and but never asked if we were set and there was no money in it and she came back and "Dropped" it again and said there is no money in it and asked if I have the money to pay it the bill was $25.12 I wanted to finish my drink so I tossed the money on the table and walked out

Its definitely a sports fans kinda place. They have TVs everywhere and they even have competitive games like texas holdem poker that you can play at the tables, bar, and on your smartphone. I dont suggest going here for dinner, the food isnt going to knock your socks off. BUT! If you want wings... get in here now! They have so many kinds of wings, and theyre actually really good. Think you can handle the hottest one?

On my way back to Jersey from Montreal. I almost didnt stop because of some of the bad reviews. The bad reviews are a year old and its still in business so I decided to roll the dice. I entered wary, but I got exactly the same BWW experience and wings I get from the BWWs I hit in Jersey (near New Brunswick and Secacus) and New York (the west nyack palisades mall). I left fatter, happier, and a little drunk.

Great food and wings (I suggest the parmesan garlic and asian zing sauces). Service is pretty good, TVs and decorations in the restaraunt are pretty cool, and their prices are decent overall. The only downside to the place is the noise. Its one large open room so its quite noisy, but BWW is a great place to go for some wings and some fun. Five stars for food, four overall.

Small portions, way overpriced! Went there for the first time and I received my food only to notice a dead fly in my blue cheese. I told my server about it and she acted as if it was no big deal and just decided to bring me a new blue cheese. Never offered to take anything off the bill, never told the manager. Ill never eat there again!!!! Disgusting!!!
