Heard good and bad reviews from friends; heard the management changed back in the Spring 2016; decided to give it a try. We went on a Friday evening (June), service was great, food was great. I believe it was Danny who was out waiter, very nice guy. We then met the Manager on the way out the door, thanked us for coming in. We were really glad we tried it. We returned again on Friday evening (10/21/16). Sat us at a tiny table, cramped, asked for a booth was blown off for that request and it was not crowded. Asked again and told we would have to wait another twenty minutes. Took forever for the waitress to come to table. We ordered an appetizer, asked what one of the ingredients in it was, she didnt have a clue. She brought out the drinks, then the appetizer. We then waited almost an hour for our two dinners to come out, I got up asked for the manager, he came over and said "really an hour?" Did he think I was making this up. I told him we finished-up our appetizer twenty minutes ago. He looked at me and said, "you know we are really busy tonight" apologized and walked away. I do not recall his name, doesnt matter anyway. We will not be back. There have been several other restaurants in that space, if they continue to act as they do there will be another replacing them.

Its not often I would have a one extreme to the other review of a restaurant but I certainly did for this one. I have been there in the past (some months ago) and thought it was excellent but this experience was really bad. The waitress did not speak English - and when I say did not speak English - I mean not at all. She could not even understand our questions to get an answer from someone - very frustrating. And they were simple questions like is this "very spicy" does this one have "crab" in it? The food was excellent, but when we asked for dessert they didnt have 3 of the 6 options - really? It was my friends birthday and she was looking forward to flan - no go although the staff were charming when the sang with the Fried Ice Cream. Then we asked for decaf coffee and were told "no" they dont have decaf. Translation to this one, in my mind, is simply that no one felt like making it!! The last and worst part of our visit was the condition of the Womens bathroom. So the food and friendliness of the staff was good but the rest sadly created a thumbs down.

I came here with my family and had a horrible experience. The chips to start off were very stale. When I told the waiter she gave me a look and got us more chips within 2 minutes. Those chips tasted stale as well. Not only that when we ordered food they mixed by the vegetarian dishes with the meat ones. One person ordered chicken and received shrimp with their order which was inconvenient. They replaced the order and made it with chicken. The problem with this order was that it had something that looked like fingernails in it. The kid that was eating it was 9 years old and it ruined his entire appetite. To make matters worse instead of replacing the meat dish they gave to the wrong person they gave a partially eaten dish to another member in the group that actually ordered that. In that situation they need to replace it. Only reason I even gave a star is because the manager was nice to us trying to help us resolve the issue. I would not recommend this place.

On a typical night, this place is our go to for amazing Mexican food! Out of all the places near by weve tried, this place is the absolute best. Also, if you come during the day, the staff is always nice and welcoming. However, with that being said, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE after 8:45pm during the week because the staff has horrible customer service and it was extremely alarming because we are regular customers. Still love this place, but extremely rude in the evenings. It was extremely disapointing. Just a little tip, but still awesome food. 5 stars for the food and 5 for daytime customer service. A 1 for evening customer service. We had it on Monday, August 17th. Extremely disappointed by the woman that seated us and our server.

Hostess and waiters were rude. Service was horribly slow. Our waitress was brand new and just kept coming up to our table saying "is everything fine?" When we said no she just walked away. I ordered the chicken and spinach because the menu said it was highly recommended. Id like to know by who!!!! I guess it was my own fault for ordering chicken and mashed potatoes at a Mexican restaurant. The server or maybe even manager, Danny came over and apologized 100 times. He was so passionate about the restaurant. He begged us to give it a second chance and as much as I wanted to say yes...I just cant. So terribly disappointed as this was our first visit here. Well stick to On The Border or Taco Bell for our next fiesta.

Walked in and were seated at 7:02 pm on a slow Wednesday night. Hostess was nice. We sat there reviewing the menu and thought it was odd that three servers walked right bye us with no greeting or anything. After about 15 minutes of sitting and chatting I decided to give them until 7:20 pm until I would find a manager. The whole time a gentleman and a girl stood in the corner watching us. At 7:25 my fiancé decided we should just leave so they dont get mad and retaliate if we got a manager. As we were leaving we passed 3 waiters, a bar tender, the manager and the hostess who said nothing. Needless to say I will never be back.

Visit Friday 11/18. Food was okay but service was a nightmare. I cant even begin to tell you how bad it was. We waited for our table at the bar. Took forever to attract the one bartender. Tried to pay for our drink with a credit card. Bartender had to leave the bar and take my credit card across the restaurant to process the charge. Dumb and time consuming. Then two different servers came to our table and asked if we were waiting for our check. We hadnt ordered yet. WTF. It was further downhill from there. Not going back.

My first visit there. Not a huge Mexican food fan but they described things wonderfully to me (what each item had in it). Beer was cold (always helps). Lots of items on menu had chicken so my choices were limited (sorry, not a big chicken fan). Non picky eaters have a large food selection. Overall a 4/5....try it .

The "enchilada" was actually a soggy taco folded on my plate. The chorizo had no flavor, the chicken was dry.. Yet my whole plate was soggy. The rice was sticky and mushy (a few days old) & the beans are right from a can. Also the chips were burnt. You want real Mexican food or good food in general, dont eat here.

Absolutely great Mexican food with a relatively authentic selection. Cocktail selection is vast without being overwhelming and very good. Staff is very friendly but maybe not the most proficient but Id rather have friendly than perfect but cold any day. Prices are good for quality and quantity of food.
