This restaurant has amazing food!!! Their problem is terrible service! Terrible is not even the right word! Its down right pitiful! Do you know I have never left a bad review before? I have been to this restaurant 6 times!!! I have given them chance after chance! We have been left w no silverware, no drinks, theyve forgotten our kids meals, no beef on our nachos, over charged for meals, forgot to bring EVERYTHING we have requested (refills, ketchup, more chips etc.) Weve had to wait almost an hour for our food, we had to wait 20 min for our check & then 10 more min for a bag. My husband had to get up & get silverware himself because my food was getting cold! We were only given one menu & there was 6 of us! I could go on & on! When you mention to them theyve made a mistake they do not seem to care! They dont mind you having to wait! If they get mad they start speaking in Spanish to each other... and I know spanish! Just leave it at that! I will never go back! I hope people dont go here! The food is still good... really good... but its not worth the hassle!

My experience was first time here trying to celebrate my son bday we wait for 1hr went people was passing by to us getting sitting quick. ..them we wait to attend ....we ask for fork and spoon .....we ask for someone to take our desert orden for the kids ..serve the desert with not spoon for ice cream . Them I ask again for utensil they give the boy a fork for the ice cream .....I ask again is ice cream he need a spoon. ....first and last never again the only thing I can said the serve was a girl she was very attend went she could but ...again first time and last ..

Fui a comer el día del padre y la mesa olía que la limpiaron con un trapo sucio, pasaron 10 minutos y nadie nos ofreció ni bebidas ni nada, así que nos salimos fue a Texas Road House y el servicio ahí es excelente, la verdad no regresó a ese lugar.

Maybe they were too busy. I came and asked for a menu, prepared to order take out and a drink at the bar. Sat at the bar for nearly 10 min and no one ever even acknowledged my presence (Im not easy to miss). They didnt even acknowledge me as I returned the menu to them at the hostess station and walked out of the door. .....again, maybe they were too busy? Hopefully this was not a common theme. Im in town visiting for the week, so this was my first experience.

I have never seen fish tacos can served with wrapping in aluminum foil and ingredients in plastic bowls similar to what you get in take out place. Chicken fingers in kids meal, burned and so dry. My 5 years old said, one of the worst chicken fingers he ever had. We left the place without eating our lunch.

The atmosphere took this to the next level. Fluke or planning, who knows, but a mariachi band came out and serenaded the dining room for a few hours. The tables and chairs were Spanish heritage with bright colors and carvings. Food and drinks were above standard - homemade sauces and great combos.

The service sucked!!! My order was messed up.. The checks werent divided correctly.. The waitress was the worst!!! She never checked on us after the food was brought to our table!!! She was never around!! I had to flag her down for napkins, drink refills, and the check!!

We come here a couple times a month because of the limited number of Mexican restaurants around. The service is very inconsistent and can be slow and inattentive. The chimichangas and frozen margaritas are quite good.

Food at the location is mediocre. Customer Service has been horrible the two times I have visited. I will continue to patronize the concord pike and Talleyville locations, they know how to treat customers.

I have eaten here a lot, then they changed menus and tweaked their food and raised their prices. Got to expensive for a work lunch and the food it to heavy on the onions.

Good food delivered in a timely fashion. Can get crazy at dinner but off hours are fine. Nice selection of Mexican beers but the usual big beers like Bud after that.
