We were planning to go to an Asian buffet down the road but the prices were high for our family of 6 so we looked at some reviews and decided to try Hong Kong 1 based on,other reviews. We were not disappointed! For the cost of three buffets at the other place we were able to get 6 adult portion combo meals, a quart of wonton, and drinks from Hong Kong 1. When we got the food back to the resort everyone was quiet because the food was so good. Portions were large, too, and 5 of us ended up having enough leftovers for a meal the next day. Like other reviewers had said the lady at the counter was very nice and spoke with people when she wasnt packing or taking orders. There was a good percentage of regulars that came in while we waited which tells me this place is consistently good and respected in the community. If we vacation out here again I think another stop at Hong Kong 1 will be part of the trip itinerary!

Just moved to the area. First time to try this place...did so based on reviews I read. Glad I did! Food was really good, made fresh (so it took a few minutes longer, but well worth it!). Yeah, the interior isnt great, but I wasnt there for the ambiance...I wanted good egg rolls and Hong Kong delivered! (Not literally....its a eat in/take out place only...no delivery.) We will be return customers!

The best Chinese food I have ever had. Just moved to the Bushkill area and was reallyyyy craving some Chinese. Well, Hong Kong 1 did the job. I placed an order, and picked it up. The crew was very hospitable, especially the lady who asked me how my day was going. The food was super fresh, hot and juicy. Good prices, good food, and fast service! Will be coming here very often！

The flavour of the food is amazing. They custom tailor your food, if you ask for it, and will work with you to customize a combo or anything you like. Once you go there a couple of times, the woman will hook you up with some free drinks, sometimes some free soup. Theyre fast, efficient, and accurate. They also sell miscellaneous kitchen gadgets, and $9.99 smiley bags.

Ants in sweet and sour chicken, uncooked rice, less chicken wings with each ordee, constabtly forgettig eggrolls with combos. I can say with 100% gurantee that this place is the absolute worst place to pick up chinese food from. Drive the extra 5 minutes and get from mings garden right near Wendys instead.

First and foremost they prepare great tasting food. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the customers area. Lets put it this way, the 1980 faded dog pic on the right hand side wall, and the used items on sale for 50 cents, has to go! As another interview stated, Smiley bags 9 dollars a box!

Best chinese in the area taste like my home town of ny grate servise always hooks me up (deapite my the fact im there more than once a week ) sweet owners better than the buffet by price choper gove them that ! Love the owners family ran and know just about every one who walks in :)

Quick and tasty. The older lady (who is sometimes a little rude which for some reason i enjoy) is always hooking it up with drinks and whatever else if you go there enough times. Definitely not the best Chinese food Ive had but one of the best for this area!
