So i work at the Corporate Call Center and we always order from here. Well today I placed a order for a small shrimp lo mein and received a small plain lo mein. I called to report the mishap and instead of them resending me what I ordered and paid for the guy answering the phone was adamant about refunding me my money and basically telling me to eat what they sent me or buy from somewhere else. That is not good service and i will NO LONGER EXTEND MY SERVICES THERE!

While their food quality is ok for the price, I highly recommend against ordering online. I have regularly had to call the restaurant to follow up after and hour has gone by without our delivery, only to find out that they are just starting to cook it. Frustrating when I have a hungry family waiting for dinner.

Pearl Garden is super close to me, and my place of work, food is consistently awesome. Orders are always out in a timely fashion. Come here all the time, and Ive been coming here since theyve opened, nothing but good things to say about this place.
