I do not usually take the time to write reviews but the service here was terrible. We order soup and a salad to split and the waitress forgot the soup. She brings out my daughters nachos which tastes like dog food, and I mention the soup. Five minutes later she comes out with my meal and says they are out of fruit and walks away. Like ordering a Big Mac meal and getting no French fries! She walks away and when she comes back to see how the meal is about 10 minutes later I ask if there is a substitute for the fruit or a price reduction on the meal. She comes back and says I can have a muffin. I dont want a muffin. Like substituting French fries with a granola bar!! The thing is they have the fruit, they just do not want to take the time to cut it up!! Then I get to check out and I say to the guy that I am surprised that they charged me full price for a meal when I didnt get 1/3 of it. He IGNORES ME and asks if I wanna leave a tip on the card!! Lol You gotta be kidding me!!

I went to breakfast here with my father a couple weeks ago. The food was not so great. I ordered eggs over easy with bacon, rye toast, tater tots, and french toast. The bacon and the tater tots were not cooked at all. The tater tots tasted like they were raw. I didnt eat either of these items. I didnt want to send the food back because my dad and I were on a time restriction. It would have taken too long to send the food back and wait for them to cook it again. I do like how they give you a pot of coffee with your meal when you order coffee, so that you can refill your own coffee. I also love that they have French Vanilla creamers for your coffee. I havent encountered too many breakfast places that have French Vanilla creamer. Unfortunately, I probably wont be going back to Perkins again to eat because I ended up wasting money on food that wasnt cooked.

We Loved it, I just want to share my experience & express my happiness, of such a great employee by the name of "Eric" I and my husband ordered over the phone & Eric had our order ready & accurate in no time, He is just awesome, The Food was superb & Erics service was too....Thank you Eric & Thank you Perkins for hiring such a great guy who does his job well & Thank you for such delicious food, We live in Drexel Hill, Not far from Perkins & We are moving to a new location, But Perkins will always be on our menu & our place to eat...#Yumm

The GF and I stopped in for a bite for dinner. Were were quickly seated and waited upon. There was not a lot of people there, however. The food came out pretty quickly, and our server was attentive. She was new, but carried on perfessionally and politely. The food was good... what you would typically expect from a place like this. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner. I need to come here for breakfast, because their menu looks great for it. Looking forward to my next visit.

The food was delicious and large in size considering the affordable price. The service was friendly and our waiter was warm and bubbly. We were even greeted and told jokes by the restaurant manager. He went around to each table and asked everyone about their day and their opinion of the food. Perkins is definitely a great family restaurant with a small town feel!

Please where do you start. Ordered a fish and chips food comees out goto pick up the fish its, dripping with grease...:Yuck instantly lost my appetite. Told the waitress she left the plate on the table. looking out the window while waiting for the check just dirty,flies NEVER TO RETURN...Yall got IT..Food and SERVICE Sucks

Prices are unbelievable staff are great food to me is great also for the value the same food you would get from IHOP would cost you about 25.00 dollars you would 10.00 at Perkins. As long as it is before 11am and even after that the prices are reasonable good place to take your kids in Tuesday night check it out

Any other time my family comes here the food and service are good.. Not such a good experience this time around they bought the appetizers out with our entrees and got upset when we refused the appetizers. food was still good as usual but their service let us down this time around.. Be awhile b4 we go back..

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The service was spot on, or waitress was polite and patient. The pancakes were fluffy not heavy and the rest of the meal wad made to order. We purchased a whole banana cream pie to take home for dessert and it was wonderful.

Took the family here for brunch. The menu is very much like IHOP. Staff were attentive and courteous. Rather average taste. A large bakery with varieties of pastries on site as well. Most items are under $10, again, very similar pricing to IHOP.

Solid quality food... Not great food. Its good while youre eating it, and a good place to meet up with friends. But afterwards, youre like, "man, I could have made that at home and half of it would have been better." Super nice servers, though.

Decent food. Service is usually pretty good. Their regular prices are more than what I would pay for the quality of the food, but they always have daily specials. Make sure to check what the specials are that day.

The food is sometimes bland, it arrives to the table cold, and the greeter and the cashiers are cruel and mean sometimes except for the case of when they are helping sime one of their own color.

2 words... PUMPKIN PANCAKES! So tasty, you dont even need syrup! This is a go-to spot for good breakfast food in Upper Darby. Its one of those places you forget is so good until you go back!
