Im one word horrible! I fell in love with Perkins when I lived in the south. I even liked the Perkins off West Chester Pike Delco county... This Perkins on City Ave sucks... I here on a quite night... There are only five parties here including me and my two boys... After 25 minutes I had to ask the manager if someone would be at least taking our drink orders... I should have left... But... She was nice and apologized that no one had been over to attend to us... She took our order and promised the food would be out in 15 minutes... Well... 15 minutes later my 4year old 2 pankcakes came out... 10 minutes later a waiter came Ive to ask how everything was... My son and looked at him like "how is what!!" we dont have our food yet!!! My 4 year old was Damn near finished before our food came out... Im so dissatisfied and disappointed... The chicken sauage taste like rubber... The eggs horrilbe... There was no syrup on the table... We had to wait another 5 minutes for that and when the waiter brought it two of the syrup containers were empty... We could hear the cooks in the kitchen cursing... Needless to say I will not be coming here ever again... The owner will be hearing out this... Dont waste your time coming here.... Bad thing is a guess sitting across from me is complaining about her food and service... $30 for what!!!

This restaurant is horrible. Its dirty and disgusting. It looked like they didnt vaccum the place since they opened. The only reason i stayed is because my mom was waiting on me to arrive and she already ordered her food. After i walked in i asked her did she want to leave but she said she already ordered. That will be my first and last ever going there. My food was just ok my moms broccoli was hard and undercooked. And there was a net flying around the restaurant.The bathroom was disgusting. Please dont waste your time going here its not worth it at. I give them another 6 months in business before they fail inspection and get put out of business. I didnt even want to give this restaurant one star but Google will not let me post it unless I give it at least 1 star.

Only reason Im giving them 2 stars cause the manager was nice when she came up & asked whats wrong but other than that Im ashamed of how discombobulated this place is it should never take an hour for just freaking drinks to get to our table then by time the food came out it was cold so we just left the manager let us have the drinks free cause of how horrible service was that day & it wasnt even crowed so just imagine when it is how much worse they are!! This place needs to be shut down & its sad because Im from bala cynwood so for me to experience something that horrible in my area Im pissed!! ✌

My wife and I have eaten at this Perkins about four times. Tonight we decided not to return because: 1. the carpet was black with dirt, 2. a few ceiling tiles were missing,, 3. the window glass on the doors in the entrance (entry way) were dirty with finger marks, and 4. we were the only people there on a Sat. night at 7 p. m. On the other hand, the waitress was polite and attentive, most of the food was good and warm, and the price for us senior citizens was a good bargain.

I have eaten here several times and the food and service was great. Today, for the first time I ordered take out, 3 pancake breakfasts and asked for syrup & butter on side. I was very disappointed. Two orders of pancakes were very dark, almost burnt. In addition no butter was included. I didnt think I had to check every container. I believed wrongly that my picked up order would be the same as when I eat in. I wont make that mistake again.

Coming into the place, it looked fairly empty you would think the service would be quick. Once seated we waited 15-20 minutes for a server to come. when still no one came to our table, we all stood up & started walking out. You know these people have poor service and management when you walk out and pass the manager at the front who does not ask or say anything.. do yourself a favor and completely skip this place.

My husband and I go here nearly every Thursday. We have been going regularly since it was Flap Jacks; its still the same owner. I The service is great, and the food is what you would expect for the price. One time I forgot my leftovers and when we went back they had already thrown them away. They made me more food to go, which was totally unexpected and really nice of them.

We were seated quickly but waited for 10 no idea for a server and I had to get up to ask some e to see e ua. Its a bunch of kids working here and everyone is hanging around the kitchen trying to avoid serving. What kind of establishment is this? I will NEVER EVER be back here again. And I will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY. They need new management at this place.

The fact that every restaurant that was once there and the one that is there now, have all been managed poorly, had unprofessional staff, very long wait times even when there would hardly be any customers waiting to be served, AND TO TOP IT OFF, THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! They should just stop all of the madness and make it a Walmart.

I brought my family here when it was Flap Jacks. Got served food with plastic cooked in. Fast forward a year later now its Perkins. Order an appetizer and entrée. Got both served at the same time. Havent seen the waiter until it was time to give me the check. I hold the Flap Jack / Perkins owner for the bad service. Somethings never change.

By far the worst Perkins I have been too. Service was very slow, nobody stopped by we had to grab a server every time. It took an hour to get food. When the food came the eggs were runny and the hash browns were very undercooked. The muffin is nothing like what a Perkins mammoth muffin should be. Avoid!

Ordered through Ubereats. Did not receive what I paid for. One of the omelets, asked and paid more for egg whites, did not get egg whites. Paid for a cinnamon bun, it was left out. Left caps off butter containers which spilled everywhere and made a big mess. Do not order from this place.

This place is the absolute worse, the food is horrible, service is even worse...sat there and waited for over an hour for hot water, when it did arrive the waitress delivered the HOT WATER IN A PLASTIC CUP!!! is this life? Lol and she forgot the lemon for the water.....Im disappointed...

This place sucked. No one in restaurant took server 30 min to take our order then the kitchen over an hour to make it. My friends pancakes smelled weird and I wouldnt feed them to my worst enemy. Forget about getting refills on soda and water. Manager sat on her butt.

service was excellent! food came fast. we had omelettes that came with tots or breakfast potatoes and pancakes! omelettes were so filling that we didnt even get to taste the pancakes! absolutely fantastically prepared, no complaints!
