This store, compared to the Conshocken store is the pits. They never have enough registers open and the cashiers have no idea how to print checks automatically. You always have to wait in a long line. The store is dull and dirty. The parking lot is full of pig holes and you have to dodge puddle after puddle getting in and out. I wonder why they dont update the store and train all their employees uniformly across the board so everything is done the same at every store. I have belonged to BJs Wholesale club since they opened. If I could give this particular store no stars I would.

The only reason they got three stars is because of the meat section. Its always stocked well. But everything else is very low, they never have the frozen vegetables that Im looking for . I asked if a store employee could take a look in the back for some mixed vegetables and he told me everything they had was out . Then moments later I passed The same man and another woman was asking him for the same mixed vegetables and he told her he would look in the back.

I shop at the Morton bjs regularly and it seems like there are not enough registers open recently.pull some people off the floor to alleviate the wait. We stood in line for 1/2an hour yesterday in express.several people left their carts and left the store.This happened in other ckeckouts also.Spoke to several outside that were fed up and left!Not a good experience at all yesterday!!

This is the worst place I ever shopped at. Long lines, poorly maintained parking lot. Shopping carts are always pilled up in the lot, and they always move their merchandise around - in anticipation of getting shoppers move around the warehouse and buy more, and the store is very disorganized. I am amazed that they have lasted this long!!

The BJs in Springfield is a pleasure to shop in if you are fortunate enough to go during off-peak hours. The staff is generally very friendly, courteous, and helpful. This particular club even honors BJs coupons up to two weeks past their expiration date. I learned through sorry experience that the BJs in Downingtown does not.

This sure is not the BJs weve come to enjoy over the years!!! Youre replacing all our National brand names with the Wellesley label! Although there are some Wellesley products I use....there are many I wont because theyre AWFULL! So we WILL NOT BE RENEWING our membership this coming year!

Unbelievably inefficient. This location always the same. No one cares about doing job well or in timely fashion. Its like this every time. Ridiculous to have on or two customer service people when line is 10 deep. They couldnt do things slower if they tried. Worst than the post office

Cancelled my membership today. Josh A giving out lemonade samples followed me down the aisle trying to give me a free sample I didnt want. Three times the guy had to be told to leave me alone. I dont go into a club to shop to be accosted by their employees.

It sucked,took three tries to find a shopping cart that was useable. Self checkout was nothing but problems,God forbid they have an actual cashier at a register. Looking forward to doing the rest of my wholesale business at Costco!!!

Not as nice as Costco, but still well worth the membership. We buy most of our meat and a few other groceries here. If you have the place to store things bought in bulk, massive savings can be had.
