Very disappointed in my time here on mothers day. I make a reservation 5 days in advance only to have to wait 10 minutes after my reservation time to be seated. I guess reservations mean nothing here. (It wasnt like they were waiting to clean my table off, it was more that they didnt have a table open for us, unacceptable). My family watched as people came in after us get seated before us. Next, where my family was seated was terrible. We were sat at a flimsy folding table in the bar section. First off, if I made a reservation why would be seated at such a rubbish table, and second, if I wanted to eat in a bar I would have gone somewhere else. Its unacceptable. I understand it was crowed because it was Mothers day, but it was highly inappropriate for Limoncello to have such atrocious seating conditions. I made a reservation at this nice establishment to be seated in the dining room at a nice table. We were really crammed in there with everyone else. Added unwanted aggrevation to my Mothers Day dinner. The only saving grace was that the food was served hot and was very good. There was a long wait because of the "Mothers Day rush," but that is to be expected. All in all I will not be going back for a long time.

Great decor, no wait for a table on a Friday night at 6:30, BUT, I had to remind the waitress that I ordered a glass of wine. We both ordered Chicken Alfredo, the sauce was so watery, waitress took it back and I assume they mircrowaved it because she was back in 2 minutes, but it was still watery, she offered to take it back again but I said no I was hungry I would just eat it. Well the chicken was bland, the panchetta was fatty and chewy, and there were maybe 5 peas in the dish. The secondary servers seemed so confused, they were wandering around the restaurant, not knowing which table the dishes were to be delivered to. Also the busboy brought us our bread and brushettta (which was good) as we were eating our dinner. Also, we were never offered our complimentary Limoncello shot at the end of the meal. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this restaurant. So disappointed. I have eaten at the WC location and never had any issues.

The worst "Italian" buffet food Ive ever had. The pasta sauce tasted of metal -- It obviously came straight out of a can. It nearly made me ill. The pizza was almost all bready crust, the fried flounder had a burnt, chewy coating, the stuffed shells had no flavor or seasoning, the meatballs were not actually real meatballs, but some sort of mystery meat product. Obviously, Limoncello believes it can serve substandard food at its buffet. Moreover, the piped in lounge music was so loud in the dining room, that my husband and I asked to move to the bar area. There, the pop music was also extremely loud. We were hearing both lounge and pop music blaring at the same time. Having recently moved to Chester Springs, we are trying out various restaurants in the area. We have found a number of good ones, but the buffet at Limoncello was truly insulting.

My family and I went to Limoncellos for Mothers Day. This was the first time I ever ate at this restaurant. I realize that it was Mothers Day and the place was very crowded. However, I was very disappointed in the meal I received. I had the seafood over rigatoni with vodka sauce. The rigatoni was very soft, not al dente. As an Italian eating at an Italian restaurant, I was very surprised that pasta would be served in this matter. The sauce was very runny almost like a soup with absolutely no taste whatsoever. On my first try of this restaurant, I can only give it 2 stars. I will give it another try, however, before writing it off completely.

I have eaten there a couple of time food and service were very good. Took son for birthday and very disappointed. calamari cold and very chewy, not fresh, tasted like frozen. mother in laws lemon chicken was lots of grizzle on one piece. and my Bolognese was bland and uninspired. food was overall a disappointment. I do hope they read these and use it to get better. if not, wont be returning. not for a $220. dinner......6 people 4 poor meals 2 were good.

The food here is great and the menu selection is wide enough to offer a meal for just about anyone. Food was very fresh here and the wait staff were attentive and organised. The surroundings are very clean and spacious. Only complaint is that I recently had a family party to celebrate a 21st birthday. Some of the teen cousins were served alcohol accidentally. No one was being carded which is why Ive removed a star. That aside, I very highly recommend.

Very Bad Experience! Our son was home from college and wanted a nice night out with the family. Had a reservation for 7:45pm. When we got there, they said that they were behind seating people, but assured us we would get seated soon. The place was so crowded that there was nowhere to wait! Had to wait out side!! (in January). Only after grilling the hostess did she admit that the wait would be well over an hour to get seated. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I went to the restaurant on Mothers Day. Made reservation and was seated immediately. I ordered the Crab cakes which are not very good, but when I just hinted to the waitress I didnt really care for the dish, she immediately asked if I wanted the other entree I had considered and it was brought out shortly after by the manager. Overall very good service.

The food was ok. I ordered the salmon and it didnt taste like the freshest fish I ever had. The edges of the fish were dry and the rest of the fish wasnt that flavorful. If you need a meal that isnt fast food and isnt fine dining I would try here but I dont feel that the price justifies the meal.

We used to frequent this establishment in West Chester. We loved it when we moved up to Chester Springs. But we stopped going because everything was to salty. The last time we went, I asked for no salt on my food and it had no flavor at all. I hope they can correct this

Have eaten here many times and loved the food. This past experience has been very disappointing. The calamari was over cooked and dipping sauce was thick. There was so many bugs on the wall that we had to ask to move tables.

Wow! They literally have the best lunch buffet during the week in town! Went on lunch one day and was so happy I stumbled in, very elegant for a buffet! Wet fresh and such good quality and great tasting food!

One of the best restaurants in the Chester Springs/Exton area with great drinks and bar atmospher along with a fabolous menu with great entrees. Youll also get a complimentary Limoncello shot after dinner.

We had a 7:30 reservation but werent seated until 8 PM. They were so overbooked the outside sidewalk was full and it was very cold. Everyone was mad as hell for the long wait.
