Ive only been here 2 times, and both were "so-so". The first time my boyfriends order was messed up, and even after saying it again to the guy he still messed it up. The worker was kind and gave him a bigger size up and apologized and it was still an okay experience because all the workers smiled and seemed happy to be there. That was in the afternoon. However... I was there last night around 8:15pm and I stood there while 2 workers stocked everything and NEVER greeted me, I looked at the one and finally after a few minutes asked if they were open. One replied a snarky "yes" and gestured to the the other worker who was younger and then said "she just wants to go home". That specific worker took my order didnt even say hi, she only said "do you know what you want" never said thank you, never said anything else and not once smiled. Just because you close an 45 minutes doesnt give you a right to treat your customers like that. Im not coming here again after that, Barnes and Nobles Starbucks always gets my orders right and everyone of them smiles and actually seem to like their job.

The Promenade Shops is a dog friendly but, you cant bring your dog into Starbucks due to health codes. I was very understanding of that. A very friendly and accommodating barista saw that I could not enter the store with my dog and he happily took my drink order. He went the extra mile to bring my drink outside for me, took my payment inside and when he returned he brought my dog a Puppuccino. :)

Decent Starbucks. Crowded and very tight inside - could be a little bit cleaner. Someone mentioned it is a good place to get work done...perhaps on the weekdays or early morning? Staff was friendly though.

This Starbucks store has the WORST layout of any location in the contiguous United States. The employees are great but they are always slammed and there is NEVER any place for customers to stand.
