I wish I could give no stars. I was an employee of starbucks in another state for 8 months. I worked here one day while awaiting transfer, and almost walked out because of all that I saw. Before i list everything I witnessed, I will let you know the direct manager was there and did not seem phased by anything in that store. Starbucks makes employees clean everything from bathrooms, walls, lights, trash cans, fridges, milk pitchers, EVERYTHING 3 times a day. This starbucks, or much of them in this area of delaware (I worked at 3) do not follow code. I wasnt asked to clean anything during my 5 hours of work. I took it upon myself to because of how I am used to working, and what I found was absolutely disgusting. Inch think of dust on walls and lights (which falls into your food and drinks). MOLD ON THE BLENDER TO MIX FRAPPACCINOS. gum under the counters behind the bar (had to be from baristas). Every cupboard had unidentified grime. Floors were disgusting. Bathrooms never cleaned. Where the food is kept was completely disgusting. I have never witnessed anything like this and wouldnt even consume free items im entitled through working a shift. Not only did I have to quit my job because I dont feel comfortable serving people things that could make them sick, I am not going to any starbucks in delaware. With starbucks being one of the cleanest companies, I now question every food place in this state and have stopped eating out. Please be aware!!!

Editing my initial review of this place from 5 to 3 stars. I think this Starbucks is descent but not consistent. Sometimes I get my drink the way I ordered it and sometimes I dont which can be annoying. I like to order from my app so I can just pick up and go. I give them credit for always placing my order fast but this does not always mean they come out consistent. I would much rather wait a few more minutes so they get the drink made the right way. Sometimes my drinks lack the shots I ordered which is already a $1.60 addition to an already expensive drink. I love Starbucks so I do spend some money on it. But lacking stuff such as that can be disappointing and waste of my money since the point of ordering in advance is so you can grab your drink and food then go. Didnt feel like making a fuss out of it by asking them to make another so I leave with my drink anyway. Not sure if this is due to a computer error but the inconsistency of my drinks always happens here. Hope they could improve on those aspects of service because it really bums me to go there telling myself "am I going to get a better drink today than last time?" Just putting it out there. Nonetheless I still go to this Starbucks when Im close by. Btw, the barista named Jessica always does at least my drinks right when I order on site. Keep it up!

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The cashier was rude and condescending. While I was waiting for my drink order, I was rethinking my order because the place was filthy. The barista station had spills all over. The station on the floor where a customer can add to their drink (cocoa, etc) was covered in a dazzling display of powders. A person, who seemed to be the manager, emerged from the back, checked on the barista (are you OK?), apologized to the cashier for forgetting her pennies, and then went back into the back room. Why wasnt the manager swabbing the deck? If she felt that cleaning counters was beneath her, then why didnt she take over for one of the two working people and share the work load? The drink was OK but not good enough for me to go back.

I like Starbucks because of the consistent service they aim to deliver. This one is pretty borderline inconsistent. One day you will get an obnoxious barista, smacking on some chewing gum while taking your order, but your drink will be great. And other days you will get the nicest barista in the world, seemingly sent down from heaven just to take your order, but the drink will taste.... not right. I know they say they will fix your drink if youre not 100% satisfied, but have you ever gone up to the drink counter to get a drink fixed? Most of the time they ignore you and then look at you like you are evil. On the plus side, ever since I started ordering using the app and having my drinks ready when I get there, the consistency has gone way up!

Be careful as these baristas dont take the initiative to call out your name when your order is done. I paid $5.60 for coffee and a sandwich. Took the coffee to a table and when they finished with the sandwich they just set it on the counter, didnt say anything, didnt even seek me out, I was one of only 2 people in the store at 630 am! I think after enough time has passed they either gave the sandwich away or tossed it. What in the world.

I just went at 6:50pm and no one working. The Starbucks employee was sitting down and said they were under staffed so they are currently closed. This would have been understandable if she didnt give us an attitude for simply asking if they were open. No need for the disrespect. We spend a lot of money for Starbucks coffee and the quality of the employees is usually much higher at other locations.

The woman at the counter was nice, and was patient while my mom and I picked out our drinks. I dont know if I picked a not-so-good drink, or if it was made wrong but I had to add 5 splenda (its cold so sugar wouldnt have melted in) and a good bit of milk to make it drinkable. I think Ill be sticking to my Green Tea Frapuccino in the future. Its always made just right.

I worked here for a year and this store is a gem. The baristas are great friends and I love a lot of my old regulars. Yes it has problems (understaffing is a pretty big one) but it really is a great place. Im really going to miss my co-workers and my regulars. This store is clean and if you need a place where you can meet some good people, this is definitely one.

Crowded and seating is more cozy then Main Street but is lacking space. We need a nice Starbucks like #connaughtplace #Delhi. 2 levels nice art decor, lighting and lots and lots of posh seating.

Good services and coffee. Not the coziest Starbucks Ive been to, but perfectly acceptable. Not really easy to get in and out of parking and no drive through.
