Zero. Some of the staff are extremely unkind and bully customers. There are some nice staff but unfortunately the manager has a clique which includes the people who bully and make fun of customers. Thus it never stops. They need new management that will not permit that type of behavior and to replace this staff. Customers dont need to be bullied or made fun of for any reason. Seems like common sense but this manager doesnt get it. She fires good employees or they end up quitting. Drinks are also inconsistent. They train employees on customers so you never know what you are getting. Not ok for expensive drinks. If you are just getting a coffee or tea may be difficult to mess up but a friend told me they often dont fill the cup and they have had grains in the coffee. If you are ordering expensive drinks it is hit or miss which can be costly. You are better off going to one of the other many Starbucks in the area; Airport Rd, Freemansburg Ave, Promenade shops. The staff are much nicer at the other locations. Ive never seen them being so rude to very nice customers like the store at Shoenersville Rd in Bethlehem.

Worst way to start my morning is have my order botched. I gave clear instructions: grande vanilla bean frappucino with cinnamon powder mixed in and sprinkled atop the whipped cream. What i appeared to receive was milk, very few ice crystals with a runny mess of whipped Creme and a clump of cinnamon. Quite certain based on its liquid/runny composition that I was given something that had already been made and they simply dumped cinnamon over top.

My experience at this Starbucks has been more pleasant lately, the staff got my mobile order perfect when I ordered it today and, it was ready to go with a smile when I got there. The only reason I am giving it three stars is because the mgmt needs to realize that it needs a refreshing new decor inside, and they need to treat their awesome employees better!

They dont really get the whole order on the app thing. Im always waiting for my order and you have to wait for them to even make eye contact for you to get it. Why cant they just place your name on it and put it on the counter like every other place. Oh and hey, try calling our names out when its ready, maybe were there, WAITING! FML

This is my go-to Starbucks. Parking can be a little dicey at peak hours. It has a drive-through window (enter from Avenue C). Next door is a Sheetz gas station, so this Starbucks allows for two different refills within minutes of one another. The bathrooms are clean and the wifi is pretty good.

Drive thru always seems ok but the online order app needs work. Its never on time and they seem to make them overflowing unlike the drive thru. This location doesnt seem to have it down like the Madison Farms or Airport Road locations. Still good but not great.

This Starbucks is a gem. It seems more spacious and cozy than another nearby Starbucks in Allentown. The true win is the staff - always pleasant and I find that they go the extra mile in being friendly. Most recent visit was afternoon on 6/4/15.

Drive through is usually OK but dont use the phone app here. Always get it wrong, overfilled my drink twice and they hide the drink so you have to wait until someone is free to pick it up. Theyre not as nice at the Madison Farms location.

Staff is either new or needs re-training. Initially the cashier chose cash, when my friend was making a mobile payment. After that snafu, my Ventilation Iced Macchiato was made as a hot coffee. Didnt bother saying anything at that point.

Its like meh....$9.00 coffee please...Hang out with the goofy turtle neck BMW owners who think everything is ironic or posh...WTF is it with hipsters? Anyway its OK but the coffee costs too much.

Never been inside this particular Starbucks but frequent its drive thru. Theyre usually very quick, and the person working the window is always quite pleasant. Its Starbucks. Whats not to like?

Food and drinks are good, but employees have become mechanical with their eyes to the drink and minimal customer interaction. They forgot that not every customer is using Drive-Through.
