Customer service here is worse then the McDonalds in the strip district on a Friday! I stopped coming here a few months ago because of this reason and well by surprise it hasnt changed 8 employees doing this or doing that while 1 works the line.... needless to say I will not ever be back to this location ever again, the one in the pointe has it right with customer service never an issue even when its a lunch or dinner rush, things move right along but this Bridgeville location only knows one this to avoid customer service all together.

I made an online order and I was a bit irritated when my meal wasnt ready on time because I was already late for work. However, the manager came off his lunch break to make it himself. That wasnt necessary though because the fantastic employees had it made. Their customer service is fantastic. I love this location.

The food is always consistent here. Standard chipotle delicious. Using the online ordering though I do feel like sometimes things are omitted from the order (most likely by accident). I prefer to wait in line and order as opposed to using the online ordering. People that work here are very nice.

Close enough to the Montour Trail that you can bike to it easy. The bank next door has a place to lock your bike. This Chipotle is better than the one in Bethel because of construction. The food, well its non gmo, easy to be a vegitarian, and everything I could ask for, just like any Chipotle.

I stopped in late on a Saturday. Despite at least 6 employees that I could see, only 1 was taking orders (while also fulfilling a large online order). After waiting a significant amount of time for my food I received a lukewarm meal.

The place was not busy, but I was rushed through the line. Food was poor quality and chips were stale. Tried to resolve the issue after my 3rd bad experience and got nowhere. I will NOT be returning to this location ever again!
