Had high expectations for this place and was severely let down. Not only was the food blan and distasteful, the customer service has to be the worse Ive encountered in a long time. Ive had encounters with the delivery girl, the receptionist, manager and owner - each one unhelpful and or rude. After having food delivered and seeing my order was wrong I called Confucio only to be put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called 3 additional times from different numbers then decided to come to the establishment after about an hour of being put on hold and having useless conversation. Walked into the establishment to cooks are eating while cooking AND NOT WEARING GLOVES. Originally came to talk to the workers about the order that I received was that was WRONG and that I OVERPAID for. The workers speak little to no English, most of them speak spanish and I speak only English so I am sure things got lost in translation but regardless of that I was not accommodated well. If you like food with flavor and good customer service this is not the place for you. Spend your money somewhere thats worth your hard earned money - Confucio does deserve your hard earned money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst experience! I am a frequent delivery orderer, but I am disgusted with my experience with Confucio. I ordered over the phone, confirmed the order and after an hour wait for delivery the food was not what I ordered. I am allergic to shellfish, and specifically asked for no shrimp in my rice. I will definitely not be ordering again, and recommend that others choose another chinese restaurant. After calling to let them know that I did not receive what I had ordered (right after I opened the bag) it took 40 minutes for someone to get back to me about my order. After 40 minutes I was told that I could be delivered a new order but I had to give the other one back. By that time it was cold and I had figured out something else to eat. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Not recommended!

We have been very frequent customers for more than three years. Today, we ordered dinner only to be negatively surprised: the prices have been increased (grant it, costs have been going up) but THE PORTION was ridiculously decreased!!! They changed the serving plate from what used to be a 50/50 portion of protein and rice to this (see picture attached) Look at the pound of rice they put vs. what is is supposed to be a Shrimp Chop Suey for $15.50. Hello??? Not only that, they must have changed the cook, because it doesnt taste like it used to be anymore. We are very disappointed and definitely will not order again from the place again. Actively looking for another Chinese option in the area ASAP.

This place probably has the best typical "Asian" food in Miami. Service is adequate speed. Like many establishments in the Brickell area, I believe their prices are a quite high considering ingredient cost. That said, Im still willing to shell out the cash to eat here occasionally -- its that good! Give it a try! CAUTION: My buddy had his credit card charged an amount $20 higher than his reciept. When he went to dispute the charge in person, they asked for his reciept, he gave his only copy to them. He was promised a call back, never got one, and was never able to get his receipt back. Therefore, he had no evidence to fight it with the CC company. Keep your receipt and check your statement!

I dont usually write reviews either but my experience warrants one. I got a call today at 10:45PM by the owner of Confucio Express saying "Im sorry to call at this late hour but you didnt pay for your food." I answered "what do you mean? I did pay, I paid in cash. In any case, how could I have received the food if I didnt pay for it as you say?" I had ordered online and when I got there I couldnt pay by cc so I paid in cash. I will NEVER buy from them again. Who calls at such a late hour accusing you of not paying? The food is good but the hassle is not worth it. I am just sorry I ordered online and they used my online information to call me. BEWARE.

After almost a week, Im still waiting to get my refund for a messed up order I placed on 06-18. Not only they have grown in incompetence, but now they also cheat, lie, mislead and, on top of all, the quality of their food has gone downhill. I got sick last Sunday because of their mistake, but not enough to send me to the hospital. I would advise to their patrons in The Roads and the Brickell area to think twice before ordering again from this place. I feel helpless and I wish theyd keep their promises – and I never write online reviews but I had to get this off my chest...and my stomach.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! I used to like this place and the food is OK! Recently they delivered me an entirely incorrect order, they offered at that time to replace the order or give me a credit for the wrong food they delivered. Called two weeks later to place an order, they then said we can only give you 10% off now, HOW CRAZY!! Completely forgot about the credit toward the incorrect food..OH THEY Partially BLAMED the situation on the manager not knowing how to speak ENGLISH!! THE OWNERS OR MANAGERS DONt SPEAK ENGLISH TO ADDRESS CONCERNS!! SCARY!!

HORRIBLE NEVER EAT HERE OR GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!! I HATE CONFUCIO! Tasteless. Horrible business. Never again! They charged me $50 for a meal that they later told me was $28. Once we called back they continually hung the phone up & I had to come here on my own expense to talk to the workers who lied & said they had no clue what I was talking about. After a 2 hour ordeal of talking to them & them taking that they only knew Spanish, the owner refused to give us our $22 change & have us an extra meal & $2 change.

I have been ordering in this place for the past 5 years. The food was much better in the past but it is still good right now. The delivery is really slow. The prices are good. Usually the service by phone is good and accurate but today the lady who answered was extremely meddlesome. She asked how many people was going to eat 3 times, who cares the first time I answered but the third I had to be rude to her and I told her to send my order as I said.

Terrible. I never take the time to rate anything but the service was sooooo terrible that I had to. I ordered a schezuan chicken for lunch. I was brought fried chicken with pineapples. I called to let them know that my order was wrong. I was told that theyd pick up the order and return me my money. They never apologozed nor offered to fix it. 3 hours later and still no refund. Terrible service. Bad attitudes. Unbelieveable.

Wonderful service and delicious food! I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants in Miami, but no restaurant could compare to Confucio express. There food is so delicious and flavorful, and the portions are large enough to have leftover for tomorrow. Great place! I love it!!

I have yet to order online. Only pick up thus far. But i have been there three times in less than a month. Three different dishes ordered and they were all good and i always had leftovers. Hopefully when and if i do delivery for first time it will be decent service.
