This is the reason some businesses close No Sense and No Customer Service No how. They are rude. I would like them to know that you can same what you need to say and still make the customer happy. You can explain policies without rudeness. So sorry they lost my business. They need to wonder and add up how much money they are losing. I know I am only one person or household but I am sure they have lost many like me who ordered almost every week.

I bought food from this restaurant with a card over the phone, i waited 1 hour for it to get here and when the guy comes he asks for my card. The card i used to buy over the phone was my brothers, my brother wasnt here and the delivery guy took the food away. What kind of service is this? Ive bought food from this place for 3 years now

if you want to live, DO NOT ORDER. Smell of bleach. Mushrooms from cans, vegetables old and smelly. Delivery with no forks, or any napkins. If you order any chicken - 90% half cooked onion and 10% boiled chicken with strange smell. Anyone who ate there will never put more then 2 stars. VERY BAD food! Im sick from last evening!

All of these reviews MUST be fake. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and it was completely inedible. The scent of the sauce was unbearable and the texture of the chicken was very strange. I had one bite and had to throw it away. This place is so conveniently close to where I work but I will never order from here again.

First time here. It was recommended. Very unassuming place from the outside. But they can cook a great special fried rice. I think they are going to get me to eat my veggies. Ordered brocolli and carrots in garlic sauce. Brocolli not mushy. Prices very reasonable

Really good food! The pork fried rice and chicken chow mein were especially delicious. It only took 20 minutes for my take out order and the front of the house was really friendly. We just recently moved to the area and we will definitely be regulars.

Great food friendly service ...stay in downtown Miami and I order all the time, only negative I would say is that they sent my food without duck sauce mutiple times but if you tell them extra duck sauce most times there arent any other complaints

Trust me when I tell you that this place is delicious, clean and very fresh. No one in this area does it quite like Pekins. I feel the love the put in their food. I cant believe the fantail shrimp! Its the BEST I ever had in my life.

This place has really gone down, their food used to taste good. We ordered shrimp lo-mein and they barely put any shrimp or vegetables. The rice didnt have any flavor, overall the quality of the food was awful.
