Weve been going there 2-3x a month. We went in tonight, ordered New York Steamer and another hot sub. The NY Steamer came with a bonus! Half way through the sub, he bit into it and he had to PULL OUT a THICK BLACK HAIR from his mouth. The hair had to be 7-10in long. I told the staff and they looked at eachother then said "gosh, i hate when that happens" then they offered to make him another one! The only girl working was put on the spot like she did it. She protested "I didnt make the brisket today!" We were refunded our money but not without a fight from Dave the Manager who wasnt really trying to hear that someone wasnt happy. Dave just kept saying "Well, it happens. Oh well, sorry". You know how someone sounds like they are sorry. He did not sound sorry. Not one bit. He was too worried about what he was gonna tell his boss. I dont recommend this place to anyone. No one had hair nets. Yuck!

A little pricy for a sub place, but part of that can be attributed to that they put on quite a bit more meat than some "others". Most of the different ones Ive tried are quite tasty. Plus they usually use more fresher less processed ingredients. They just need to offer a tiny bit more selection of toppings to pick from, and maybe a couple more types of rolls. You can also select from whatever ingredients they, but you have to ask for it when you order and pay for it right away, they dont go through the preparation with you step by step. Theyve been up and coming as they spread more stores across the country in recent years, and Ive visited a number of different ones from coast to coast. Dont forget to stop in your local shop to get your free birthday sub.

Very slow! From the time we paid to the time we got our food was 26 minutes! Plus, the food quality is going down (roast beef was rubbery) and the womans bathroom was broken. The service has never been great (and today the cashier was deathly sick), but Im done after this experience.

The girl taking my order couldnt speak loud enough for me to here what she was saying. The Italian sub I ordered came with mayo on it! Gross! No oil and vinegar to be found. This is my first and last time for firehouse subs.

One of my favorite places to eat! The variety of hot sauces allows me to customize my sandwich to be as spicy and flavorful as I want it to be! The staff excels at customer service. Glad I stopped in for a bite to eat.

Never knew this chain existed! Amazing subs, like really really incredible. The photos of the subs on the menu are almost identical to the ones served to you. Superb taste and variety, definitely not to be missed.

Had the Ham, provolone with lettuce onion and vinegar- IT WAS AWESOME- toasted just right- provolone melted to perfection! SERVICE WAS SUPERB!!! Wish there was one in Monroe county so it would be easier to visit.

Friendly yes. Quickly prepared yes. Taste OK. Looks like their advertised picture -- not at all. For a deli the sandwich had hardly any meat and certainly didnt go out to the end of the roll. Disappointed yes
