TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am not sure how long this restaurant has been in existence...it seems as if it is a pizza joint that decided to open a dining room. However, they dont seem to have a clue about how to run a restaurant where people actually eat in the establishment. I walked in, and waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes, in full view of the staff, with no one coming to seat me. Finally, I asked someone if the restaurant was open. She apologized and said she thought I was waiting to pick up a pizza. She seated me into an empty dining room (not a good sign, even though it was still early) and promptly forgot about me. After 10 minutes of waiting, with no one even coming by to pour water, I realized that my presence was totally superfluous to the objective of the business...selling pizzas for pick up. I walked out, and of course will never go back...not even for pizza! I have no idea if the food is any good, but if you are hungry, and expect to be served, DONT GO HERE!

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! The only bad reviews for this restaurant refer to the previous owners. These guys are incredible! We ordered again last night - 4th time - and once again it was perfect! They make their own dough for pizza and bread. By the taste, Id say theyre making everything else from scratch too. We make up our own sandwich and pizza combos and they make them perfectly. Last night we got a pizza with mushroom, red onion, sauteed spinach, shrimp (each slice had a perfectly cooked large shrimp on it!), and a combo of mozzarella and ricotta. Best pizza weve ever had in Easton! We also got a cheese steak with sauce, mushroom, onion, and peppers. So moist and flavorful and the bread is a dream. We were fighting over the last piece! Im a retired chef from San Francisco and my wife is from the NYC area. WE KNOW GOOD FOOD!

I give this a one star simply because of the attitude I received when they made a mistake. I ordered a sub, stuffed shells, a few other items and cheese fries. The fries where undercooked, so I called.. The guy answers told him my issue and he offerers no apology of any kind, instead I get an ohhhh really.. Like I am trying to scam for an order of cheese fries, my bill was $40 and that was the cheapest item. So after a major attitude for this guy he sends me new fries and makes sure they were a bit burnt. I thew them in the trash and made a decision to never give these people my business again, the food is only step above mediocre any way. ****Advice stay away!

Are you kidding me? This is the best pizza Ive had since Ive been in Italy! This place is under new ownership. We tried the original Pizza Chef twice and that was it. Then it was Nonna LIa and we tried it once - no thanks. Then we get a menu in the mail as Pizza Chef again and decide to take a chance and were blown away by the brick oven pizza as well as the sandwiches. Theyre definitely baking their own bread and pizza dough and using quality ingredients. WELCOME TO EASTON - I HOPE YOU STAY!!!!

I have been going here for about 10 years off and on and its a great place. There was a nice couple that ran it for years and I think they retired. Now a nice new couple run it and its only gotten better! Super friendly people. Food is made on time too, I rarely have to wait! Pizza is awesome, and the hoagies are just as fantastic. I am a stickler for fresh rolls and theirs do not disappoint! Best pizza/sub shop in Easton!!

My wife, my son, and I absolutely love this pizza shop. The dinning room is very cozy. The service is always wonderful! My co workers and I order luck from here on a regular basis. The anti pasta salad is so fresh and delicious! We are very picky eaters, yet we have never found a thing we do not like on the menu. We always go for the double dough pizza. Fresh should somehow be included in their name!

I moved to the area 5 years ago and the only time I get good pizza is when I go home to NY. That is, until I tasted pizza from Pizza Chef...yum!! Fresh cheese, great sauce, awesome crust and nice owners! The restaurant itself is small and clean with a warm and friendly decor. I would definitely recommend this Pizza Chef to all my fellow New Yorkers who miss the taste of home :)

Everything was absolutely delicious and tasted like what your grandma used to make. Highly recommend the pizzas and pastas. Real gem of an Italian restaurant in this area! A must go!

Awful pizza place. Service is very very slow and the pizza tastes like frozen pizza. Even though it is within walking distance I will never go there again.
