I used to love Biaggios and frequent here very often, although the last few times I ordered there (both pick and delivery) to say ive been disappointed, would be an understatement! The quality of their food used to be super, in the last few months it leaves very much to be desired! What happened?! It seems as though they are trying to cut costs by purchasing less desirable selections of the menu items. The wings used to be my favorite, this last time they were horrible. (They have a new type) The pizza is undercooked and sloppy the 3 times Ive ordered it. The grilled chicken quality for their paninis got bad a several months back too. For the price of your menu and ammount of wait time for food, I expect much better! The last straw for me was today, my coworkers wanted to give one last try. So when I called to order I reminded them that last week they never gave me the garlic knots I paid for and Id like them added today. They added them to my order charging 3.99 and crediting only 2.99. So I paid an extra dollar for something they neglected to give me the first time and on top of that the garlic knots were rock hard! (I think they sat there since last Friday) Our pizza again was sloppy and undercooked, and surprise the zucchini sticks are a "new" version and no good. Nobody finished their food and nobody wanted to take the leftovers home because they didnt like it. Needless to say Im disappointed and wont be ordering from here again any time soon!

I have to be very honest, first and foremost I go out to eat alot, espeically to pizzerias. Looking at their menu, I didnt see a lunch special section. Which was weird enough because most restaraunts have one. I went in with my coworker to have steak sandwiches. I had a steak sandwich, NO cheese with lettuce, onions, and sweet peppers. Ill be honest, the sandwich was delicious and the service was decent.. BUT when I got my receipt it ruined the whole entire experience. They charged me 1.00$ for LETTUCE, another .75$ for the onions AND another .75$ for the peppers. Am I missing something? on the menu it shows that those are toppings that already come on the sandwich! You might as well charge me for the steak too!!!! Those are normal toppings, if it was anything out of the ordinary I could understand. But thats absolutley ridiculous and just plain greedy. I paid almost 13$ for the steak sandwhich alone. Not including the fries and my drink which brought it almost up to 17$!!!! All I can say is I will never eat here again! Such a complete rip off!

Biaggios Pizzeria and Family Restaurant is my new favorite! The food is very good and the variety of dishes offered on the menu are enough to keep me satisfied. My Favorites? I could eat a large Lehigh Valley Cheese steak with sauce and onions every day of the week. Even, though Im already full by the time Im halfway through it. The Bar Pie! A Sicilian Crust, sauce and sharp cheese. Has a nice bite to it! Pun intended. What makes Biaggios my favorite, beyond the food? They have one of the friendliest staffs in the Lehigh Valley! Need to make changes, ask for substitutions? Theyll do it! Okay, okay, I have one request. I would like to see them offer a pizza sauce that is a little spicier. Dont change anything. Just add a spicier sauce for those of us who like our sauce with a little more garlic and pepper. Ha, the reason I took the time to write this review is obvious but, truth be told, Im ordering in tonight and wanted to look at the menu. Biaggios, I give you 5 stars! I greatly appreciate the great food and top notch service!

I cant even give it 1 star. I wanted something different and a co-worker recommended their salads, I went in and stated that a co-worker recommended the place for a salad. I don’t usually eat salads and asked what salads they can recommend (while giving items I like), she couldn’t even tell me what was their recommended choice (this should have been my 1st warning). So I ordered the 1st salad I saw that had chicken and mozzarella, It took them 25 minutes to make a salad (2nd warning). I got back to the office and opened the lid, it spelled like my toddler’s diaper (3rd warning). There was no lettuce and that is when I looked up what I ordered and learned that its not even a salad ! This woman couldn’t even direct me to what their special salads were! It tasted horrible and could not eat it ! A waste of $15 ! They need to learn their menu, their specialties and how to combine foods that complement each other. Very Disappointed

The subs are HUGE. My wife got the large Italian, i got a large Whiz wit cheesesteak, and an order of bacon cheese fries. The fries were awesome. Covered in cheese sauce and a TON of real bacon. The subs, haha! They say 16" but they look more like 2 feet. They were delicious. Its hard to find a place in the Valley that makes cheeseteaks with wiz. I took off two stars for the cheesecake. At the end of my phone order the guy asked if I wanted any soda, dessert, cheesecake, etc. I said sure, two slices of cheesecake. ONE slice of cheesecake is SEVEN DOLLARS. Yeah, SEVEN dollars. The price is nowhere to be found on their menu, either. Thats downright robbery, especially compared to the great prices of the other food I bought. I felt deceived by the guy that took my order. Im editing this review because Im over the cheesecake fiasco. Their pizza, subs, wings, fries - everything - top notch.

Positively the BEST Italian cuisine you will find in a 50 mile radius! Family-owned and operated, they go out of their way to make you feel like your part of that family. A complimentary piece of cheesecake or a cannoli after a friendly chat with the owner while waiting for pick-up is not uncommon. They treat their staff well from what I can tell, and its reflected in the best and friendliest service in town. Prices are reasonable, food is unbelievable, and staff are attentive, responsive and always smiling. You can not go wrong with this place. Im a cheesesteak man myself, but my wife is Italian and loves the menu like she loves her Moms cooking. BTW, try the craisin walnut chicken salad sandwich, and you will be transported! Thank you, Biaggios!

Great food! Wasnt too thrilled with hostess eating chips at front door. Waiter Tyler wasnt the kindest. He didnt give us straws or even smile once. Just kept chewing his gum. He walked very slow and didnt show any urgency. Salads did come out very fast. Then our app came out and 2 seconds later our meals came out. Would have liked to enjoy the app for a little before the meal came. Left an empty water on the end of my table to be filled and he didnt even take it when he asked how things were going. When I placed my card on top of the check at the end of the table, the hostess took it. She then passed it off to a different server other than Tyler. Tyler never came back to say thank you.

If I could rate Biaggios with less than once star I would. The food here is terrible. We have tried giving Biaggios a chance three times now and their pizza is inedible. On top of their food being terrible, the delivery driver was inconsiderate. After paying for my food he went back into his vehicle which was parked in my driveway (which that is fine,) and proceeded to sit there almost ten minutes with his music/base blaring. I have no problem with them getting acclimated before leaving but have the decency and etiquette to turn your music down while being on someone elses property. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and would be embarrassed to serve that product.
