Give this staff a raise!!! We traveled from NY to stay at the hotel next door and spend the day at the Kalahari resort. The food at the resort was terrible (priced OK but had been sitting out way too long) Our kids were starving, cranky and we were on edge after driving back to the hotel through the one snowstorm of the season. We had dinner at the restaurant only out of convenience. First of all, the food was to die for. We even ordered some to take home because we knew nothing would compare on our way home LOL while we ate a nice lady working at the restaurant shoveled a pathway around our SUV so we didnt have to step in snow to get back in our vehicle. Ive never experienced that level of customer service before, EVER. My boyfriend has traveled to Italy before and Ive had some great meals from my family members whove immigrated from Naples..... my boyfriend ordered the pasta Alfredo on rigitoni, it was spot on. We all agreed. Being Italian American and New yorkers, Ill also say the spicey tangy wings are also spot on. They are seriously just as good as those in buffalo. After spending the day at a resort that charged resort prices for something that was made many hours before we bought it, it was so nice to sit down to an enjoyable meal. It picked our spirits right up. Had I known that while we ate someone was shoveling around our car, I would have taken out some cash through the ATM to tip her. I hope the woman is blessed somehow!

My husband and I took our daughter and grandson and granddaughter tonight for dinner our waitress Cathleen was very nice ..the Calamari was fresh and delish ..pizzas is always good my dauggter and I ordered the Chicken Marsala it wasnt as flavorful as it should have been lacking little more lemon juice and white wine what we both were surprised about was instead of the chicken being punded into cutlets the pieces where cut into a thicker strip which really wasnt the way Marsala should be nothing better than the chicken punded and dregged in four and sautéed in the flavors I mentiined .. I dont know anywhere Ive had Marsala the poultry or veal is pounded into cutlets but overall our meal was enjoyable .. As to the woman who wrote the negative review about one of the Employees by the name of Brittany we thought she was very polite .to each his own though ..she greater us with a smile and was very nice when we asked her for napkins and said thank you goodnight and come again ... some times us as customers dont have great days or problems at home and bring them to work etc .. its not always the staff everyone was very friendly and they where packed we will definitely be back again ..we just hope next time we order the Marsala the poultry or veal is pounded and more flavorful Thank you all at Grande pizza

My family and I visited on Friday 5/13 only to be greeted by a "child" name Brittney. I say child because my 8yr old son could have done a better job then she did. She must have been a hostess. She was VERY RUDE. When I asked the waitress her name she gave me her name and asked if there was a problem. I told her she was rude to us and that maybe we should let the manager know. The waitress assured us that she would take care of the situation. Not sure if she did because when we were ready to leave this "child" Brittney was rude to an female employee at the register. She proceeded to grab phone from other employees ear and said "give me it I know exactly what he wants" and ripped the phone from her. Not to mention her twerking dance moves at the register when we arrived. The woman at register asked her politely not to do that in front customers and she said "why not? I do it all the time" I dont under stand how this is a family restaurant and this is allowed at all? Where is the management? Are they aware and turn a blind eye? I will say this.....the food was excellent once again, everything was hot and tasted absolutely amazing considering the ignorance of that one employee.

Always a great experience! My family goes here every Sunday for dinner and we have a pretty large group --about 17 of us altogether-- and the 5 children are all under 9 years old. The staff always goes out of their way to make it special, and the waitresses even remember our favorite orders and drinks! On top of all of the great service, the food is so delicious and they are always accommodating if we need to substitute or change things. Very fresh and tasty menu items and I have never been disappointed with anything I pick! Although, I pretty much always order the pizza because I love mom and pop style ROUND pizza! Its a wonderful, fun place and I definitely recommend them!

Whatever or whoever took over this place has to be insane!! The food is absolutely terrible anymore, we ordered take out & the Italian sub had 4 pieces of some kind of meat that looked like salami!! Are you kidding me, when did a Italian sub come with 4 pieces of meat that resembled salami?? My husband order some chicken dinner & said it was terrible, I wish I didnt wait to have my sub late at night because I would have taken it back to get my money back! Do yourself a favor if you dont want to get ripped off go anywhere else, because if things are that bad now it’s impossible that things will get better unless the old owner comes back!!

I just ordered a large pepperoni pizza and cheese fries. We thought it was terrible. They dont give u much fries and they were cold and mushy. The cheese sauce was horrible tasting. The pizza reminded us of a fast food restaurant style pizza. Clearly that is not what we wanted. The cheese slid off the slice when u would go to take it out of the box or even take a bite. The cheese was very thick too. This was the first time we ordered from here and it will definitely be our last. Worst experience ever!!

Walked through the door at 630 on a Sat night I waited for 15 min before a hostess took my name. The hostess said it would take awhile I said we had been waiting for awhile before anyone acknowledged us, this was after 5 to 6 waitress walked by the hostess didnt even seem to be interested, I understand Saturdays for restaurants are busy but it doesnt excuses the poor service

If you want to dine in a place where price/quality are equal, this is the place. Great customer service with lots of room for either small or large groups. Sports are the main event at the bar. Parking is great even tho for those times when the restaurant is full you need to go round and round. But dont worry. You can park in almost no time.

One place I can cross off the list. Tables were not bussed, and the food was marginal. I had high hopes, but the veal was tasteless and tough. Sweet potato fries were bland. I finished my meal only because I hadnt eaten since breakfast, otherwise I would have left it on the plate.

Ever since joey passed on the food sucks. Got my fav. An italian sub and fries to go. Got home to under cooked fries. Soggy and flacid. Who cant cook fries? The sub was thrown together like ray charles put it together. Im going back for a pizza pie. Last chance to get this right.
