Id leave zero stars if that were an option. I went in with my husband and another couple, sat down, and there was no wait staff, just a big dude behind the counter. We went up and got our own menu and shortly thereafter placed an order. Our friends ordered a pizza from the menu, we opted to build our own. I asked for dairy free cheese. Big Dude informed me they dont have dairy free cheese and then in a manner quite ridiculously condescending for a customer service interaction, asked if Id seen dairy free cheese on their website. When I pointed out to him that no, I actually saw it on the menu RIGHT THERE on the counter a foot from his smug face, he snatched it up and stomped his feet and said an ambiguous "they" had told the "printer" to remove it. This lack of personal responsibility for what was HIS business and ultimately HIS mistake concerned me, but I didnt want to put a glitch in the evening for my friends so I went to plan B. Ordered a pizza with olive oil, NO CHEESE, onions, mushrooms and black olives. Problem solved. Then, roughly an hour later (no exaggeration, it took nearly an HOUR to get two pizzas with only us and maybe 3 other customers in the joint up to this point) he brought our pizza which was, guess what?? COVERED in dairy cheese. And minus one of the measely 3 toppings we requested (onions). I didnt want to wait another hour to get another pizza, so I opted to eat the cow cheese while my husband went and ordered a SMALL salad for himself. About 20 minutes later a salad in a bowl roughly the size of the 14" pizza tray comes out. The big dude as yet has been too preoccupied to take a payment for this salad. My husband tried three times to go to the counter and pay but was ignored. He sat down and ate a small bit of the salad. On the way out he was finally able to get the man to take a payment and was charged for a large salad. He mentioned he hadnt ordered a large salad and the man told him that a large salad was what he "got" so that was what he was going to pay for. So, he paid and sat back down. We sat chatting a while longer, it was obviously a slow night (there were two other booths occupied at this time) and for the first time in the evening the man working sauntered out from behind the counter to clear away our plates in an obvious attempt to send a message that we were done and should leave. For those of you who might be wondering what part we might have played in this debacle, rest assured, there was none. We walked into a restaurant and paid for food that was NOT what we ordered, didnt complain about it, and were met with open hostility at every turn. Needless to say we wont be back and will make sure we spread the word that this is definitely not the place for you if you arent a fan of dairy. Or, you know, very basic customer service.

Wilsonville Location (Cannot select location yet) - Owners Please Read! 100% Honest Review. Anytime a new shop opens in Wilsonville we are excited to give it a try. However this place left us with a terrible first impression. Luckily a lot of the problems are addressable so although this review is unflattering the owners can hopefully fix the issues. 1.) Had to wait 5 minutes for a worker to come out and address us. During this time one other couple came in waited a minute and left. When the worker finally came out she informed us it was because management was trying to find a check. You would think the customer would be first and foremost. Dont want to lose on conversion during your first week open. 2.) The by the slice options are limited to the basics. The presentation is unflattering. It is open and exposed without lamp. 3.) A little boy came up and asked for Parmesan cheese. Worker didnt know where it was so gave them to go packets for the whole table. They were right under the taps... This is easily fixable with training but worth noting none the less. 4.) She was the only worker and overwhelmed leading to slow service. 5.) Reception/Cell Service in the building was awful(Verizon). Please post an available Wi-Fi. In this day in age it is hard to compete with other businesses that do so. 6.) Our order was to go. It was placed in the window and left there unboxed for 10 minutes before it was noticed and addressed. Unacceptable! On a good note the spec-tator pizza is delicious albeit cold. :( I really dont want to leave a review like this but felt it important to give feedback to ownership in hopes it leads to some good changes. At present time I would not recommend the location to anyone. We will give it another try down the road once the kinks are worked out.

Best pizza in West Linn... but not nearly as big as they say it is The pizza was very good. The crust really great with a nice, chewy texture. Toppings were excellent as well - we had the Pony Express pizza. Probably the best pizza in West Linn. My one complaint is that the 18" pizza was not 18" (they said it "shrunk" during cooking) and it left 3 people feeling hungry. Id expect that spending $24 on an 18" pizza would leave 2 average adults and a kid feeling reasonably full. As a comparison, if we get a 16" family size Papa Murphys pizza, usually there are a good amount of leftovers and we are quite full. So they are really missing the mark here. I gave them 3 stars because the pizza really is good - but they need to provide a better value to earn 5 stars - just make the large pizza truly large!

Good service great pizza and cold beer. Only downside was since people bus their own tables was impossible to find one that was washed down and crumb free. Otherwise great experience. 07/31/2017 Ordered pizza via Ubereats as I was on a conference call even though I live less than 5 minutes away, which is who they use for delivery ordered 2:12pm original delivery said 2:45.. they kept pushing the time out until it showed picked up at 3:25 was delivered 3:30pm Pizza was cold 89.4 degrees on a 90 degree day.

Excellent service very good pies and salad, fantastic selection of beers on tap. Were really happy to have a good pizza place in West Linn. I came here in 2015,back again in 2017. Ate there both times. Chef/owner very amenable, asked several times if all was good. All staff gave top-notch service. Were making this a favorite.

A little pricey, but the pizza is made with top shelf ingredients dough is prepped a day before to have time to rise. Always treated like family, staff is so sweet.
