I tried Taco Time for the first time, after a co-worker highly recommended it, and I was not let down. Upon arriving at the drive-thru mic, I had informed the staff that this was my first time eating here, so she mentioned that the soft tacos were a favorite - so I ordered two of them and two crunchy tacos. The wait was a bit long (though there were three cars ahead of me) but I didnt mind because it was during a busier time of night. Once reaching the window, it still took a bit of time to receive my order, but I liked how the staff member was able to counter the wait with a small conversation. She also asked how many sauces I wanted, which is a subtle, yet powerful, gesture of generosity - I hate receiving a hand full of said sauce because I end up throwing away 90% of them. Anyways, whenever I was handed my bag, I was surprised at how much it weighed - in a good way - and to make a long story short, the meal was extremely delicious! Everything, from the ground beef to the lettuce and tomatoes, tasted authentic and real (especially compared to their competitors). Taco Time has just earned a customer.

Definitely one of the best Taco Time experiences Ive ever had. The Coconut Shrimp burrito was on point! Also, let us take a moment to talk about the best customer service provided by Serina. People could learn from her. You are paid to make your customer feel comfortable and have a nice experience. After 31 years working here she still loves to put a smile on her customers faces. Kudos to her!

T-time. Typically great. Love the tots. Dip it in that sauuuuuce. Classic burrito with two tacos. Seems to be a pretty consistent problem with them getting my order wrong though. Like when i order chicken and they give me beef. Or when i order classic and they give me habanero. People are always really nice and fast but if my order is wrong then I get home and feel a bit cheated.

Slowest taco time Ive ever been too. Ever. Usually waiting 30 minutes sometimes more to get my food - inside or drive thru. Ive lived next to this one for 5 years and its always been like that, can be frustrating at times. On the bright side the employees are usually cheerful; and I love the vegetarian/vegan options that are delicious.

I waited for over 25 minutes watching other people get their food before me when they order well after I placed mine. I tried making eye contact with the staff and they would not look at me. Finally got cold food over 30 minutes later with dirty looks and no apology when I was very polite. Never going back.

While its not high cuisine, I always know what Ill get at Taco Time. Im particularly fond of their tortilla soup. Big chunks of chicken and slices of avocado! The prices are reasonable, the service efficient and friendly. If you havent got a lot of time and youre in the area check them out.

I enjoy going to this location. The food is always good! They have a healthy choice selecrion for those that are health conscience and a kids menu for your little ones. Their fish tacos are tasty especially their coconut shrimp. The staff are nice and friendly as well

I have never had fast food or sit down restaurant tavos that tasted this fresh or good! And i am from arizona! Seriously amazing! I wish we had one of these back home. I couldnt brag about this establishment enough!

Every time I go to this establishment the food is great and the customer service is excellent. When going through the drive thru I know I dont have to check the bags because my order is always complete.
