Probably the dirtiest, most unkept, unprofessional Jamba juice ive ever seen. Someones kid is running around in the back. Only 1 out of 5 people behind the counter even has a uniform. Now the girl making my drink has a baby in her other arm while she makes it. Im blown away. Last time for me

I hate this racist jamba juice, as much as i hate thats the only one in federal way. Always asking minorities for ID, even when its 4$ or 40$. But if youre white you can order whatever without getting IDed.

Website says your open at 630 am weekdays. Went at 9 and all the light were off and doors closed. You could see 2 employees hiding in the back. Perhaps you should update your hours or hire better staff.

Not open but people in store in Sunday. Said open at 8:00 on 9/25. Called and girl said "thought" open at 9:00. I let know there were several people outside but no one opened door so we left.
