More than meets the eye. Part breads, part grocery store, part mini-mart. Franz sells at least 50 different discounted glutinous items here, which are, for the most part, very fresh with good expiration dates. You may be surprised to find popcorn, granola bars, honey, jams, a refrigerated convenience food case with milk, cheese, water, soda, etc. Its got a bit of a mini Mart thing going on, so if youre in a hurry to get milk, bread, or a sweet treat and get on home, choose this place over a big box store. Its super convenient, and if you spend over $10 you get to pick a free item from a special rack (aka freezer bread for me!) They were selling loaves of organic whole wheat bread for 99¢ the other day. You never know what you might find when you pop in. Check them out!

I stop every time Im in the vicinity (its close to Washington Square Mall). The selection and quality and variety is great. So is the price. You will save 25-40% off of regular priced bread elsewhere (including Winco and Costco) for the same items. So its worth your money to stop if you need bread.

My go to place for Bread. You can get 3 loaves for $5 here that would cost you $.250 and up per loaf in the grocery store. They have big bags of animal bread for $2.50 and they carry a gluten free cornbread that I LOVE ! Spend $10 and you get a free item !

Awesome fresh bread including bagels, treats, and other bakery delights. Staff is nice and prices are really great. If you spend more than $10 they send you home with even more free bread (breadsticks and English muffins on my last visit).

Great place to take little ones for fun, yummy treats. They even have a "day old" rack and a free item when you reach an amount spent. Plus, they have tiny shopping carts for budding shoppers.

Been going here for over 10+ years. I think even the reduced price bread is fresher than most in the regular store and to top that off the price is exceedingly lower.

Great deals on Portland baked bread starting at 99 cents. The staff is very friendly and they honor ten percent off for military and senior citizens on Wednesdays.

If you are on a budget (and who isnt!) This helps stretch your money. Some outlet seem to have nothing but stale, but everything Ive bought here is first quality.

The outlet store for Franz, where you can get all of your locally baked bread at a discount without the need for any membership cards.
