I came in with my husband for the first time a few months ago. I was excited to find a place near to where I live that served gluten free food; I am gluten free due to Celiacs, my husband is not. The lady/owner assured us she has never had any issues with cross-contamination. My husband got a turkey sandwich with pesto on it, and I got soup. She put thin-sliced oranges onto our plates. As I was eating mine, I noticed that the underside of the orange slice was green - the knife she used to cut them was also the same knife she used to spread pesto on my husbands wheat bread. She didnt even wipe the freaking knife on a napkin to pretend it was clean before using it on fruit that she served to someone she KNEW would get sick from it. Not to mention, orange and pesto = gross. The muffins were good, even though they tasted overly wet/moist. BUT, since I now have NO FAITH whatsoever in this womans knowledge of cross-contamination and how to prevent it, Ill never be coming back here again. Seriously, if you have Celiacs, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. She WILL hurt you with her overconfidence and ignorance.

No drip coffee for people like me but the americano is good enough. My wife really liked their chai. We didnt come here for the drinks, however good, we were here for the muffins. This is one of those places that is hard to find, but worth it. So, find it. Weve had a few and the peanut butter muffins and the zucchini carrot muffins are our favorites.

Delicious, Healthy & Low Calorie muffins. All natural ingredients ~ Variety of flavors (my favorite is Double Chocolate Chip). Friendly and Helpful staff, knowledgble about organic, vegan, paleo and allergy-friendly foods. The coffee and smoothies are and added bonus.

My favorite place to stop when we are in Silverdale. They have the best vegan and gluten free options and everything Ive tried tastes amazing. They also have super friendly service. I would definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing something yummy!

Smoothies are amazing! I buy a couple of boxes of muffins periodically and store them in the freezer for a healthy snack [or a tasty treat, depending on my willpower!] Support a local place that is focused on offering healthy, pure options!
