8/20/2015 Friday 8:27 pm... like always the ice cream was great and great customer service by one of the employees who was the shorter girl with glasses. .. sadly I have to say I waited a little too long, the other employee who was there, came out four times from the back and didnt bother to help making some ice cream for any of the customers. I saw a family of four walk out and said that theyve been waiting too long... I sat in my car eating my ice cream and the line is still long, and still only one employee working. The whole time I was here was about 30 minutes and the line had no less than 6 customers this whole time... thanks to the other employee that didnt bother to help any of the customers for these 45 minutes I was here I have to rate it a 1 star...

So there is a woman who second to last day at the cold stone Creamery in Silverdale Washington, I had asked her to mix my ice cream off away from the nuts on the stone, and not only did she put down a sterile plate she later found a peanut in the fruit and had alerted me about it and proceeded to grab new fruit 2 types, she also used sterile tools, so I would like to thank Haley for making sure my nefews didnt die

Line was out the door, three people were working, only one was serving. The other two were stocking stuff that didnt really need to be stocked, from a customers point of view. Get all three working, get the customers out fast and happy, then stock.
