Food was good. But they forgot stuff for my order and the people behind my order. And I stood there and waited patiently for someone to come help me when I noticed I was missing food. She looked at me a few times and didnt turn around to help me. I had to get help from someone else who eventually walked up to me. I understand your busy. But just some acknowledgment would have been better than ignoring me.

Most Dairy Queens take a while to prepare and bring you your food - that is to be expected. What is unacceptable is when they ask you to park in the parking lot while they take upwards of 10 - 15 minutes to do so. Once or twice might be ok. Every single time is not. It doesnt take 10 minutes to prepare 2 medium blizzards. The staff are brisk but not unfriendly.

I am not sure why they hire young people to do this job the ice cream was melting as soon as I received my order the dip on the cone was melting they did not even stop and take the time to let it set up presentation is very important in serving ice cream desserts. anyway I am going to try and not go to this particular dairy queen.

Nasty. Literally waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get a burger that they scraped the mayonnaise off of (my girlfriend cant eat it) and it was literally falling apart to the point where she couldnt even eat it.

No vanilla ice cream, no cookie dough, and I thought if your blizzards werent tipped upside down they were free? Explains why they didnt give a receipt so you cant call. Not a good visit!

I wonder why a place called Dairy Queen doesnt use real milk/ice cream in there Milkshakes? I prefer a McDonalds shake over theirs and McDs isnt real either lol.
