carry out #404 JIB#8328 6/27/2015 10 AM i was trying to order and pay for 2 fully loaded breakfast sandwiches toasted both sides of bread, add onions and please cut in half. thats all i wanted but before i could even ask for the toasting of both sides or ask them to add onions and cut in half and then produce my coupon and then pay for the order ...the jack in the box people handed me a bag of sandwiches and said that was my order. i said i havent even ordered yet or paid so how could that be my order.? and of course there is no way it could be as i ordered. they finally let me finish my order and i expressed to them that i wanted it to look like the image on the menu boards with the pieces in the same order because they are really sloppy and joke around all the time by like putting the pieces all out of order like a joke. so they tried to make it and then about 15 minutes later they handed me a bag i opened it and not only was the bread not toasted on both sides so the inside looks like the outside but it was missing ham and one piece of cheese i showed the managers right there at the counter so they trashed it and started all over. after another 15 minutes they handed me a bag and i opened it right there on the counter and it was missing the onions i added. i asked what was going on here and if i was asking for too much after now being in the store for over a half hour with no food. the manager angrily threw the bag of food away and just decided to issue me a refund but i only wanted my food not my money back. also i had to beg to get my coupon back and my receipt back so i could file this formal complaint. since i only wanted my food i asked the manager if i was asking for to much and he rudely replied that my standards were to high and i was now loitering and had to leave. please watch video recording and sound. i dont think showing them at the counter that the sandiches were missing ham, cheese and onions like they are supposed to have or that i added is having to high a standard is it? out of three attemtps they still could not get my simple order correct. so i went home hungry and not having any faith in my home town jack in the box. what says jack and the box corporate and customer service and district manager?

Worst fast food experience Ive ever had. Severely understaffed, i onky saw two workers. I ordered a breakfast burrito and twenty minutes later I finally got my order, except it was a breakfast sandwich! I informed them of the mistake, and they sat around for another 5 minutes arguing behind the counter on how to fix it. Once I opened the wrapping on the burrito everything fell out onto my lap! All they did was fold a tortilla in half! It wasnt even technically a burrito! My coworker also received a wrong order. Someone needs to get thier stuff together. Ive never posted a review before, but I felt like I needed to this time because of the horrible service. Worst Jack in the box ever.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. Dont waste your time or money coming here. RUDE AND SLOW!! Worst fast food place Ive ever been to. Manager and staff were so rude to me when I took my burger that was basically ripped in half and drenched in mayo back for a refund. I was nothing but polite even though the burger was appalling to even look at and they were so rude it was unbelievable. I asked them to open it and look at it and they simply three it in the trash without even doing so...probably knowing it would be embarrassing to open it I front of a line of people! They could have at least apologized instead of being total jerks. How hard is your job?!

I love jack in the box, but this is the worst one I have ever been to. Even when I was the only one in there I had to wait. They messed up my order and while I was waiting for it I noticed that they didnt take off any of my coupons. I had to come back after getting home when my daughters food wasnt even in the bag. I would say maybe it was just an off day, but they really do mess up the order more often then not. On the plus side. I save more money buy eating here less.

Ive been coming to this Jack In The Box for over a year now. My order has always been correct, and to top it off, the staff are super friendly and polite. Whats strange, though, is that the food from this Jack In The Box is WAAAYY better than any other Jack In The Box. I will actually go out of my way to stop at this location because of the quality and service!

Before I even got the order I had to use the restroom toilet with broken theres something all over the floor the bathroom looks terrible theres no way Id order food from here especially when they only have two people and at the dining area they must be really busy to try to clean up the bathroom what are they doing

We went here at 12:30am on a Saturday night. Employees were inside, the "drive through open" sign was on and no one would come to the window and take our order. They just stood there and shot us dirty looks. This is the second time this has happened.

This place and the nearby Subway are in a contest to see who can offer the perfect combination of lousy food and slow, surly customer service. I literally just waited 10 minutes at the drive through window. Like who does that? I dont understand.

I tried the new country scrambler plata with the link sausage, tasted pretty damn good, everything was fresh and hot (saw them puting the sausage in the fryer) my food was delivered accurately and fast, will definitely return

Got order pretty quickly but food was not up to par. Loaded breakfast sandwich was not toasted scrambler eggs had little ham no cheese and potatoes seemed old its 945 in the morning! ! Think twice before going back

Pretty good food, my dads curly fries were overcooked, and I never get enough garlic herb fries. Romaine lettuce on my buttery Jack though, which was awesome. And pink lemonade vitamin water

I have found this location to have friendly staff and typical expected burger fare. Getting in and out of the parking area or drive up is a bit difficult.

This is the worst place to order food. They have a way of hiring tweekers at this location. Should be shut down. Owners should be ashamed!
