I just experience the worst service ever! I pulled up and anticipated a wait because of the line, I went up to the box to order he said just a minute I said okay and I waited a like 10 minutes, to finally hear a hello on the other end and he told me he forgot I was there. I ordered which he tells me they are out of of the items. I ordered something else with specific instructions I waited 15 minutes longer in the drive thru finally reached the end of the line to have the bag pushed out to me I asked her to look to make sure it was tacos with just meat in them she looked in the bag and said yes they are Rudly handed it to me I took off and procced to open it to give it to my son and it was WRONG! I went back in waited a few more minutes to not be greeted they were helping guest finally got someone to pay attention asked to speak to a manager, the manager came over I tried to explain the situation he looked in bag rolled his eyes and said he take care of it, we waited another few minutes for another person to come over I said I was waited on tacos, she asked someone about it I herd the women snap at her and say she going have to wait we are making them to find the manager doing something else. I waited to finally get the tacos back no real apology, get them back to the house for them to be a tiny bit of meat in them way less then normal the tacos were for my son and he was upset I am upset not just because of making them wrong I can handle that. I am angry with the way it was handled. It was handled so poorly.

This Taco Bell location deserves one star out of five due to Dave Medrano, the General Manager. I used to work here several times during 2001-2014 and the man is a total piece of work. He is cheap, chauvinistic and full of himself. He doesnt always treat his employees or customers with much kindness. I quit because he treated me like dirt, verbally. While I worked at this location, there were several times I caught a certain employee not washing their hands properly, and not using gloves (which are provided) when handling food. I brought this to Daves attention one day and he did nothing about it. Recently I told a former employee about it and Dave caught wind of it and BANNED me from this location. He also banned my brother in law from entering because Dave thought that Kendall was being very abusive to an employee who is married to Kendall. Dave Medrano is very irrational, has no ethics, treats his employees as less than human beings, and pays them less than what they deserve. Dave Medrano is the worst manager you could ever work for, and a waste of sperm & egg. A poor excuse for a human being. If I were you, and hungry for Taco Bell, Id steer clear of this TB location and find another one.

Each time I go thru the drive thru Im always leaving without my full order! Youd think after this happening so many times Id get smart and check my bag first but I dont! I dont know if they are short staffed or not but the workers seem irritated or mad to be there! I know its fast food but when I used to work fast food no matter how bad my day was going I still needed to treat each customer with respect and put a smile on my face with each customer that came in or went through the drive thru! I know they are young kids and it takes time, but with some help from management I think the workers there would do a much better job! The food isnt cheap so when the customer spends over $70 for food I think its important they check and double check and triple check the orders before going out to make sure everything is there!

We waited 35 minutes to get our food..... employees not washing hands and making food yuck... worst experience ever.... people was asking for there money back and the manager was very rude, NO APOLOGIES AT ALL TO ANY ONE.... THEN a employee comes out to give a customer a hug And when called out on it she stats"Im not behind on my side so I can do what I want".....my thought then work as a team and help the other side out, make happy customers, not angry ones! Im not sure I will be back, we stop here every time we drive through.. . So bummed and disappointed!!

Last night I order a chicken quesadilla and I gotta say the service was fast I believed I only waited 3 minutes and the quesadilla was delicious. I like how they ask me hi how are you because they showed that they want to start a conversation. Unlike at Mcdonalds were they just say hi would go try are new.... Or they say what do you want to order. overall I will be coming to this taco bell soon again ;) thanks for the great service. Its a great place to stop for a midnight snack. Espeacially if you have the late night munchies.

We are still about 5 cars back at the drive through. We have been waiting 15 minutes already and at our current rate well be another 15-20. This is ridiculous! People are walking around taking out the garbage and cleaning floors... seriously, were stuck on line with no way out and they are taking about 5 minutes per car at the drive through. On top of that they appear to have charged more than the menu price for one of our items. Im hungry and grumpy and so is my 2 year old daughter in the back seat. I wont be coming back here.

Taco Bell is somewhere you go for a cheap, quick, and satisfying meal. This particular location provides none of these qualities. To start all the prices seem to be marked up 20%-40%. Next, you could go rent a movie at Blockbuster across the parking lot, watch it, return it, and then go pick up your food and it would still be fresh. Finally, the food is mediocre at best. Kinda messy, light on the meat, and just not great. In summary, theres plenty of other options near here that you would be better off visiting.

This place is a joke... The prices are on average %20-40 higher than other taco Bell locations. Sale price $1.00 item is $1.39 here. If you think youre paying for convenience it is far from convenient when you spend on average 15-30 min sitting in the drive through. Its also disappointing when you wait 20+ min for your food and every item has about half the meat and toppings a average taco Bell item has. Make the drive to the Burnside store in Gresham, its a lot less disappointing.

Told the lady our order, 2 loaded potato grillers and 2 beefy nacho grillers. When we pulled up to the window she asked if we meant crunch wrap, we said no, beefy nacho griller and she says the sliders? We once again explain what they are and she goes "oh! The griller?" After were handed our food we got 2 loaded potato grillers and 2 sliders. This Taco Bell really needs to learn how to train their employees. They always always always mess up put orders, no matter how simple.
