Dont bother with this Pizza Hut. I put in an order through the website and was surprised to be given an estimated wait time of an hour. On a Wednesday night? For a simple order of pizza rolls and cheesesticks? What, did they have to make the dough and sauce from scratch and hand grate the cheese? An hour goes by. Nothing. An hour and 15 minutes goes by. Nothing. I call up the place to ask whats up, and get told my order should be delivered any minute. An hour and 45 minutes goes by. Nothing. I call them up again and get handed a load of crock about how since I was a first time order they called the number to confirm it and didnt get any answer (I double checked the number I gave them with the order, its 100% accurate), so they cancelled the order. I told them to forget it and hung up. Its one thing to screw up. Everyone does that. But at least man up enough to own up to it.

Se tardan en contestar y las ordenes llegan muy tarde ademas si tambien pides para llevar se tardan lo mismo no entiendo porque no tienen suficiente personal si se supone que Es un buen negocio creo que no les alcanza a pagar mas empleados o que?.. Mejor cierren si no pueden hacer su trabajo porque no les Estamos pidiendo regalado, Estamos pagando por el sevicio . Ojala y de verdad hagan algo .

I like the website, except that it is hard to see the true price without adding it to your cart and finding out. About this specific location, they get the orders wrong sometimes. They also dont take very good care of the delivery sometimes and it gets slid to the side of the boxes. So I called the other day and the manager made me feel like a total butt for reporting that they got one personal pan pizza completely wrong. He testily offered a $4 credit. I know they were busy and so that was fine. But speaking of trying to call them, the first time, it rang out on three successive calls. So I have pretty low confidence of being able to get ahold of these folks. Still here I am hoping the pizza gets here soon. I guess Im a pizza addict.

Ive stopped getting deliveries from this Pizza Hut. My family and I rather get carry out from the Pizza Hut on 196th. Too many times have they gotten our order wrong or theyve have been over an hour late on simple deliveries. Also they keep hanging up on customers whenever they call. Such a shame as we had been using this Pizza Hut for years but theyve gone down hill. This place needs new management.

My dad called to order pizza , someone kept hanging up the phone and finally when he got someone it took a while to take the order , he wanted to change his order Pizza Hut employees would not help. Do they have a manger on duty ? If so does he care about his job ? Get rid of the staff and hire a new team that cares plz . #pizzahutneedsgoodstaff

The cashier lacked a professional tone and came off rather rude and made me feel like I was stupid for asking a clarifying question. Not only that, they gave me something I didnt ask for (third time in a row coming to this Pizza Hut) having to go back and get the right order gets old. Especially when its simple.

ordered pizza at 6:47 today and was quoted 45min delivery, after an hour i tried calling the store multiple times but without an answer. after another 30 minutes the delivery guy shows up with a cold pizza and tells me to call corporate. i refused the pizza, thats a bit ridiculous... terrible customer service.

I ordered a Pizza at 10:00am and its is 11:47am I think waiting 1 hour and 47 minutes is absurd and I tried calling them and they either put me on hold or just ended the call. I hope they know Im am not paying for my meal and these people are out here trying to get minimum wage up to 15$ gmfu

First time we ordered they got my pizza wrong and didnt include any marinara with my bread sticks, even though I payed for 4 extra sauces. We ordered the pasta and breadsticks today and all of it is room temperature. Even the marinara sauce. Every other pizza Hut serves the sauce hot.

I ordered my pizza online at 7:35p on a Wednesday night. It is now 9:09p. An hour and a half later... No one answers when I call, I have called multiple times and still no answer. As I write this they finally showed up. Absurd... And the pizza is cold to top it off.
