My friends and I just got a Mexican Mocha, a Fuel (hot), a Caramel Truffle (hot) and a Caramel Blondie (hot). First of all, the barista that took our order gave us dirty looks the second we pulled in. She was condescending, rude, snotty... She had a bad attitude from the get-go. My friend tried asking her advice, and she was so blasé and uninterested in helping at all. When we got to where we were going, we took a sip of our drinks, and all of our drinks taste burnt and bitter. If we werent in a hurry, Id go back for a refund.

Just went through the drive through and my co-worker gave the manager cash to "pay it forward." The manager pocketed the cash and did not expect that we would return. He immediately gave us the cash back and said he "misunderstood." Not true as she was very clear...I am certain this is not his first theft so be careful when you go here. They will steal from you and put "black cloud" on the pay it forward movement.

Our everyday coffee shop for a couple years now. We refuse to go anywhere else, even if its out of the way for our plans that day. We know all of the staff and they know our drinks and how we like them! Super friendly people who will actually talk to you as human beings, not just customers. Go check them out. Theyre great!

Single male customer. I was ignored by the barista chatting with her friends for about 5 minutes. Finally asked what I wanted.. my latte took a solid 7-8 minutes to make. Giving two start because the coffee was great but wont come back to this place because of the service. Its a bummer because its right down my road.

Awesome little place for coffee. Half the price of Starbucks, yet much more tasty. The employees play music and all seem their having fun, unlike the stressed our version at the other place. Here, theyre really nice and aim to please. I always ask for special and theyre very attentive. I am a true regular.

Its Black Rock - its amazing. But its a drive through. There are a couple tables outside and you can walk up and order when theres no cars waiting, but its near noisy McLoughlin boulevard and chilly unless its summer. But its Black Rock. Best chain coffee around Portland.

The service is always quick and the Baristas are always super friendly. I took off one star because my coffee tastes burnt more often than not, but that seems to be getting better because I havent had an issues my last 2 trips.

1 star gives them way too much credit!! VERY slow, poor service. Employees are unkept and look like they are hungover. Every order has been wrong and they are snappy at customers that make them correct their mistakes.
