Just started working near the University. I have visited this Subway twice. The first time was during my lunch break. The service was fine, but the clerk seem frazzled and didnt make the sandwich I ordered (I dont understand how she got "olives" out of "jalapenos," but she did.), and I didnt realize it until I got back to my desk. I was willing to let that go and visited the Subway again today. There was one clerk working (she has green hair) and she was being very unsanitary. She was making sandwiches for the man in front of me, half way through making his sandwiches, she stopped and started ringing him up, and then continued to make the sandwiches with the gloves she just used to touch his money and the register. When she completed his order, she intended to start mine with the same gloves. I asked her to change gloves and wash her hands which she did not, so I did not purchase a sandwich. This is disgusting.

Disgusting! Messy prep area, ingredients strewn everywhere outside of their bins. Old dried out curled up cheddar cheese was thrown haphazardly on top of the fresh. Totally disinterested staff, 2 females, both gave the STRONG impression that the job is a chore and the customer an inconvenience. They didnt greet or thank us, and rushed us through the order when we said we were still deciding. We had to ask for a receipt. Our sloppily assembled sandwiches were slapped together quickly with sauce pooled on one end only, then served on the cut up prep paper in cracked baskets, with the napkins literally thrown on top. Nothing was nice, neat, organized, or friendly, and absolutely no effort was expended to make it so. Well never go back to this location. Visited 4/4/17 approx 5pm.

Was just in there attempting to order a sandwich before I went back to work and the employee could not have been more disrespectful to a potential guest. I had 2 women cut in front of me while I had already started ordering and start having a conversation with their friend, the employee (who would not give me her name and was not wearing a name badge). Complete disrespect for her job. Thankfully there was another person working and was able to help me from cleaning the eating area. Wont be coming back to this Subway, no thank you.

We go to this Subway about once a week to make up for not defrosting meat or whatever. EVERY TIME we go, they have 0 sense of customer service. They dont even make eye contact with you when making your sandwich. They always try to multitask and burn our bread. They never pull it out when the timer goes off. They just throw everything into the sandwich so it is always messy and it falls apart. I always get my hopes up and I am ALWAYS let down.

The sandwich was absolutely destroyed and looked like a disaster. Nothing was on the bread and could have been eaten with a fork instead. The server didnt listen, so I wasnt able to even order my second sandwich. Dont waste your money here

A surprisingly spacious location, considering the near-closets these franchises often seem to set up in these days... and a staff that was more outgoing than I would likely have been! Will definitely visit again if Im in the neighborhood.

Horrible location the closing employee closed the store early right in front of me and told me, "Im closing early I have things to do." This is not right! Last time I checked they close at 12:00 not 11:50 thats false advertisement!

I dont feel you could hire more incompetent staff; wrong size of sandwich, wrong bread, wrong cheese, wrong toppings, and as rude as you could imagine. Will not be spending my money here in the early morning hours ever again.
