This is now the closest Subway to my house and on my work commute route. It also has the rare Subway feature of a drive through. These would make it seem convenient but often I will just or have to drive past my house to the second closest and walk in or if Im really lazy and need a drive through Ill goto Brooks, the third closest, because this one is continually out of meatballs and does not carry all the same breads, cheeses, and vegetables. The drive though menu is awful since it doesnt list available ingredients and I can never remember which ones they dont have and the intercom is so bad that even with the car off the employees cant understand my order

have been there before. usually ok, but one time the skimpy toppings (extra olives on a foot long consisted of a total of 6 olives, even after asking. was told thats all theyre allowed to use.) was a bit much, and today the $3.50 6 inch deal was $3.79 because allegedly the cashier didnt know it was thursday. when i explained it was thursday, and the sandwich i bought was the thursday special, i was told by another employee the price had gone up. i said whatever, but another customer mentioned maybe putting a sticker on the price board so it matches the POS system. sandwiches are fine, but tired of the feeling i have to fight for what i want.

I went here on 10/29/2016 and the food prep area was swarming with gnats and flies. I was willing to momentarily forgive a house fly on one of my sandwiches but once i got to the veggie area i counted about 10-15 gnats on the inside of the glass case as well as many flying around. No thank you, seriously, this many flies is a real problem needing attention. When i cancelled my order the gal did not seem happy with me, nor did she offer any sort of apology. I wont be back but for the sake of people using the drive thru, i really hope they address this issue.

Horable place! Week after week they are "out" of biscuits and gravy 4 weeks in a row! When I inquired about it they said well there just not ready, they open at 7am and I come in the same time everytime 9am I work at keizer station! So I start asking around 10am, the lady told me they just dont feel like making them! They are continually out of flat bread, Im thinking they might just not want to make that either! Cookies are always burnt too!

I have had okay experiences here before, but today I sat in the drive -thru for nearly ten minutes without being helped. Once I finally backed out of the drive-thru and drove past the front of it, there were no cars in front. Very frustrating, beats the purpose of having a drive-thru if they make you wait that long before even ordering.

My family and I decided to stop at this particular subway on our way home from the zoo. The staff was absolutely amazing and were nothing but patient with my kids. The writing on my sandwich "wonderful mother," made my day. Thank you!!

I was there on 4/18/2017 I waited on the drive thru for 25 mins after a young woman had replied for me me hold on I left and later called to ask for the empolyess name then I got attitude after I asked for a manager .

Such poor service. I tried to order a platter for a work function. They told me i could order 5 sandwiches but couldnt have a platter. What is the difference? Wouldnt recommend this place.

Tried to be friendly but unwilling to compromise. Had no cheese or meat and wanted more vegetables and they refused. Would not come back, I am very disapointed. Ridiculous rules.
