I was at the Albany Burgerville April 28 between 2 and 2:30 pm and ordered a much anticipated fresh strawberry milkshake. The person taking my order responded with a blunt "at the window ". So I pulled forward gave her the right amount for the shake only to be handed a large beverage and another blunt "cheeseburger is coming". When I tried to straighten out the order she argued with me and really poured on the attitude, going over to 2 other employees throwing dirty looks etc. I finally got my shake which was only 2/3rd full and mostly large chunks of berries. Left very disappointed. I hadnt been in the wrong, she was.

For vegans, the only thing on the menu is the Spicey Anasazi Been Burger and french fries. And when I ordered my burger without cheese or sauce, they still put it on--nullifying the whole vegan thing I was trying to do with the burger. This was take out, so I didnt have the ability to ask for a replacement. This was only one time, but overall theyre buns are not great, and french fries are comparable to McDonalds. They have great milkshakes made from fresh fruit, and generally good customer service. Some good parts, some meh parts.

This is the only fast food in town where I can get a gluten free bun that has the right texture and flavor, and the fries are made using a separate fryer that has not come in contact with gluten. Its hard to find gluten free options that dont require me to choose a salad, and just a patty with no bun. Its not often that I eat fast food, but its a relief to know that there is an option for me, and to know that they are careful about food allergies makes it a trustworthy business.

I have been to this restaurant many times over the years. They have good burgers, fries and shakes. The service is usually pretty good but the drive up has a tendency to get the orders wrong. It has been better as of late but it was so bad that it got the reputation as the "mystery window". Just be sure to double check the bag before you get home. As with many fast food places, the food is the best when they are busy but this means you will have to fight the crowd.

My husband and I were on the hunt for a good burger while in Albany and Burgerville hit the spot. The fries were fresh and their quality of burger was amazing. Nothing was greasy or gross. I ordered my burger without their special sauce and with extra pickles. My husband has his American Colossal with the special sauce and he loved it. The customer service was excellent. We were very satisfied. Thank you Burgerville.

Decent food and above average prices, but its the only fast food Ill eat. High prices on all but the more basic of orders. Add things like lettuce and tomato to any burger for free (basic hamburger and cheeseburger come without veggies). For best value, get their basic stuff and add veggies, or get their seasonal items. If you go with their premium options you could pay a little more elsewhere and get better food.

Food was good. As usual Burgerville is priced a little high. Though I appreciate their vegetarian burger, since most fast food burger places do not have this (Burger King being the exception). This is the Southern most Burgerville. As such, I would have thought that would be more seating inside. However, the available seating is rather small. Overall, it is a good location with very friendly and courteous staff.

While ordering at the drive through I told the employee I was allergic to onions....couldnt figure out why my order was taking so long, well....turns out she told the cooks to make a whole new batch of fries for me so they wouldnt touch or be near the onion rings!! OMG!! I was so touched by this amazing gesture! They went above and beyond their job....thank you so much Abany Burgerville!!!!

We were driving through on our way back home (to California) and wanted to try something that we could not get home. We going down the 5 we seen signs for Burgerville. As we approached we noticed how packed the place was. We order the Tillamook burger and it was good! The rosemary fries were just as good. Definitely a place we will visit again. Just sad there is not one close to home.

Dont go inside if time matters. I watched about eight cars go through the drive through while I waited inside (there were only three of us inside) for a simple order. I LOVE Burgerville and almost everything about them but they were incredibly slow inside and this wasnt the first time. It seems like they put far more weight on finishing the drivers orders.

The only fast food facility I frequent. They cost more and trust me, they are worth it. I live for Walla-Walla Onion Rings season. I am also in love with the seasonal ingredients such as local deep fried asparagus and Marionberry shakes and sundaes. Try the pepper bacon cheese burger with rosemary fries...I promise you will be satisfied.

Who doesnt love Burgerville? My moms from Vancouver WA and used to take me to the original Burgerville when I was a kid. Today, their menu is full of great local selections. I appreciate their level of social responsibility, from local products to renewable energy to compostable packaging. Oh, and the food is actually GOOD for fast food.

"Fast" food done right. Quality ingredients from local suppliers. Emphasis on sustainable and socially responsible business practices. Fantastic offerings using seasonal produce to create some yummy stuff. I try to remember to work in one special treat at Burgerville for myself every month :-)

I love that they change their menu with local foods- Oregon strawberries, walla walla onion rings. But the meat burgers can be either dried our or greasy. the veggie burgers are a healthy option but most of the cooks dont prepare them right. Ive always had too service here in Albany.

Food here is better than any fast food restaurants in Albany. The only comment is the seasonings of the food. I understand that not adding salt and pepper is a way to allow patrons to season their own food, however, if I were on the road, seasoning would be difficult.

Burgerville used to be amazing but now they are just a rip off. The quality of food has done down greatly, they have cut made their portions smaller and their prices are outrageous. I go about once a year anymore, and today was the last time such a ripoff.

This place is always amazing. Delicious food that doesnt make me feel crappy, and prompt excellent service. Theyve got gluten free, vegetarian and healthy options too. The lemonade is real, not minute maid. I highly recommend it.

Tasty good quality burgers and the best sweet potato fries that I have had in a restaurant. The shake was sweet but not overly so. The regular fries were ok, but nothing to write home about. I will be back.

My go-to food while traveling north. Clara that works there is so sweet!!!! If you love burger and fries, dont miss this place. Their aioli sauce is amazing too. Notes to the owners: open one in Eugene.
