Usually look forward to stopping here to eat when ever Im in the area. Saturday was no exception, until I started eating. Took a few bites of my soft taco and encounter what I thought was a long piece of lettuce. Broke some off chewed my food and swallowed it. Took another bite and pulled the whole piece of "lettuce" in my mouth to discover it was super chewy. Took it out of my mouth to discover it was a rather long piece of plastic. Longer than my taco. Turned around and took all the food and drinks back for a refund. Manager was nice as well as the employee who got him, however after eating a piece of plastic I will never trust food here again. Wish I could post the photos.

The service was okay. The cashier was grumpy, but probably because it was New Years Day and who wants to work then? Not me. She had moments of friendliness, though. The food was exactly what I expect from Taco Time - best fast food Mexican food that is not a taco truck or taqueria, so no complaints there. The big ding here is that is no changing table in the mens room! I almost scored this two stars because of it. Luckily my wife was with me, but most of the time Im solo with my toddler. Did they want me to use the womens room? Change on a dining table? Very frustrating.

Looked online says open till 10pm. We pulled in at 9:30... They told us they were closed. When we said it says online and on their door 10-10 the manager then said that they ran out of food. Seriously! Not the first time they have closed early either, I might add. We had to wait for the car in front of us to get there food before we could pull out of the drive through. As we finally are able to leave they flag us down and ask us what we want... Now they have food and will take our business. I really hope our food is edible and not spit on

I have gone to this Taco time in Lacey, several times now, and every time I hope for a better experience than the last. However I am continuously disappointed with the customer service. My tellers repeatedly give me an attitude, get my orders wrong, and never greet with a genuine smile. To add insult to injury, Ive even heard them bad mouthing customers to each-other. If this were my establishment I would highly reconsider who I have working under my name.

The seating area was decorated very nicely, and I immediately felt comfortable in the restaurant. However, the menu is hard to read and the pictures are too small. The food is, bland, cold and unoriginal. Id rather go to taco bell; more for your money including flavor and satisfaction. I read through the health chart I was handed and looked up the taco bell one while waiting, hate to break it too you: its not that much for a difference.

Higher quality food from regular quick-service Mexican restaurants like Taco Bell, although Del Taco is far better than Taco Time. The Mexifries are tater tots. Beef burrito is awesome -- real beef. However, these guys have awful prices -- more than 2 bucks for a regular-size Coke!

The food is good, and the customer service isnt too bad. The only upsetting thing was that they closed a half our early and my husband and I were very disappointed because we had had a very long day and were very much looking forward to some food that we both enjoy very much.

Of all the Taco Time locations, I think this is the one Ive visited the most. The food is consistently good and the staff are consistently friendly. And the drive thru line is consistently long and slow. I know that Im in for a wait when I go there, so I dont mind.

I dont know what has happened in recent months. You wanted fresh ingredients and good food, you knew you were going to pay more for it. My last visit was disappointing. Dropped a full star for cranky staff and cold food.

Slow service, food has been cold on both of my recent visits. It also seemed like they forgot to heat the tortillas. A little expensive for the amount of food. Nice to see that most of the food is locally sourced.

Website says 10:30pm close. Employees lie and say theyre closed at 10. "The drive through closes at 10, and the building at 1030", like what? Bad employees, lazy, and incompetent.
