Seriously, dont be a sucker. For the sake of fairness, i will put forth that there is only one circumstance in which this place is not a total scam. That is if, and only if, authentic Korean food is so rare, that its aficionados will significantly over pay for the right to an incredibly narrow selection, cafeteria atmosphere, and blase service. When i dined here, they had only one option, $18 buffet for all day. This essentially meant that you where paying $18 for lunch unless you come back for dinner as well. They only had two small buffet bars. A few of the hot pans contained the same dishes which seemed odd. Additionally, each hot pan was completely wrapped in cellophane, including across the top, upon which the food rested. To be clear, the food sat on top of the cellophane. When you tried to retrieve a serving, the risk was great that you might puncture the plastic dropping the food through and into the pan itself. I have no idea why they used this method. It seemed to make people take less and the servings that sat sagging on these plastic supports where very small indeed. The food did not seem like some amazing global delicacy of Asian uniqueness but rather a flavorless rehash of standard Asian buffet dishes with new names. If you are looking to explore global delights, i would try another location.

I moved here from NYC and could not have lived here if this restaurant had not been here. Ive eaten at Korean restaurants in both NYC, LA and in Seoul and have to say that this little restaurant is an excellent example of home-cooked Korean meals. Everything is fresh, simple yet very tasty. The prices are also more than reasonable given how much work it takes to prepare all the Korean dishes especially the vegetarian dishes. I am moving out of Tulsa soon Chicago where there will be a larger Korean population and restaurants but wonder if I will find a real gem like this up there! We will certainly miss this restaurant. Their lunch buffet is well worth the money at $7.99 and their Do-sot-bibimbop is always fabulous! I am giving it a 4 star only because the atmosphere is very casual.

Ive been looking for a good Korean restaurant nearby and the closest was in Tulsa! Born and raised from Hawaii and being part Korean you know we have to have our Korean food! Ive read other reviews and they were right, Korean Garden is awesome! If reminds me of the restaurants in Hawaii. The food and service is awesome! The people are so friendly youll feel like your at home eating a great meal! For this I give it a 5 star review! Keep up the great work! Ill be back soon! If I didnt live so far I would be there quite often! LOVE IT!

Okay sure I am not Korean, but there are only a handful of choices. Very small buffet. The only thing Ive got out of that place is the grill pork which is okay. I thought it would have cost $5 per buffet, but you know what? It costs $13 per buffet, wow very expensive for such little buffet. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this restaurant, Korean Garden, to anyone. The only thing to do in Tulsa is to eat. So Ive been to many different restaurants and this one is very bad.

I was very impressed. I had the soondubu, it was milder broth than I am use to but was very delicious. They do put the raw egg in there, which I find delicious, but some may not prefer. My fiance prefers without because he likes a thinner soup. Saturday and Sunday they have a small buffet, mainly noodles, dumplings and banchan items. We didnt go for the buffet, and we still received a great assortment of banchan, it was all very flavorful and delicious.

I have been shopping at the grocery store next door for years. I love this place! Their food is the closest I have found to my Korean extended family. The Kimchi is great and they are willing to accommodate for vegetarians and I get the bimbimbap without meat. So delicious :D Super clean too, these people are really nice! They always have Kdrama playing in the background too ^_^ delicious!

I just ate here for the first time, having recently moved to Tulsa. This is the best Korean food I have ever had, and I love Korean food. Kimchi pancakes are wonderful. Appetizers too. Who wouldnt love pickled okra and cucumbers in kimchi sauce? I ll be coming back here a lot. Some people who review this place do not seem to like the buffet. So stick with a la carte. Its fabulous.

I dont have anything to compare it to but I love this restaurant... the food is wonderful, an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Used to live in OKC and often visited the asian restaurants in the 23rd St. area. My favorite asian food has to be Koran... born & raised in Mexico I love the spicy dishes... the hotter the better. Plain and simple this is just great food.

I have eaten here numerous times. The buffet lunch buffet is fairly small because the crowd is small. But having said that there is plenty of variety and plenty to eat. The dinners give you a wide selection. I have eaten in many Korean restaurants including a couple weeks worth in Korea and this is a good one. Try it.

Were so glad to have found this restaurant- great home cooked Korean meals. The buffet is clean, yummy, and represents a good variety of Korean food. We moved here from Chicago and were just glad that we found a restaurant serving good Korean food. We still need to try the BiBimbop but the Kalbi cant be beat!

I ate there for the first time today. The food was excellent, and the staff are very kind. Each buffet item is not in large bulk quantity, but definitely in quality. The cook checked the items periodically, signifying personal care. Quite impressive.

Love the buffet there. You get to try all different type of Korean food at a low price for all you can eat buffet style.
