The food is great but the service leaves plenty to be desired. At this locations theres usually only 2 people working regardless how busy. In contrast, the location on 12th Ave SE always greets you when you enter and says thank you when you leave, at least has 4-5 people on staff (minimum of 3 is the least ive seen) and is always attentive to the customers. The family and I stood in line at the 24th Ave NW location for at least 10-15 minutes on a Sunday at 130pm, with several people behind us, and never got acknowledged. Poorly understaffed and managed. Do yourself a favor, go to the 12th Ave SE location and truly enjoy the overall Tropical Smoothie Cafe experience as it should be - great staff, well managed, and overall a pleasure to eat it. I wont be back to the 24th Ave NW location ... too many opportunities with the same poor results every time.

My mom ordered the Thai Chicken sandwich and it came missing the dressing. She called and asked to speak to a manager and there was no one on at the time. They said someone would call her. No one called her so the next day she called back and talked to a manager who told her well I dont know what you want me to do about it? You know you called us during our lunch rush. Really we bothered you during your busy time? You were the one who screwed up the food and wont fix it. Avoid this place at all costs because obviously they dont care.

TSC is a small smoothie shop with a large variety of smoothies, a few sandwiches and wraps, and some other choices . The shop itself is clean and bright. And the workers are friendly and accommodating while speeding around whipping up the mixes. The prices are average (about $4.25 for a huge smoothie), but the smoothies are healthy and good. There are several add-ins you can enrich your choice with. It is a nice place to grab a drink that is good for you.

SLOW SLOW SLOW!!! Horrible. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I have been here multiple times and for the most part had a nice experience. But over the last few months customer service and wait times are terrible. Its a shame because, I really like the flatbread sandwiches. If you have lots of free time then this is the place to go and wait a long time for your food!

I was not greeted when I walked in, but they were friendly when I talked to them. The peanut butter cup smoothie I got was terrible. It looks like poop and tastes like it too! Overall its an okay place to hang out while youre waiting for your car to be worked on at Hibdons across the street.

I went there for an onion burger but it wasnt even on the menu. I guess I got the tropical cafe instead of Tuckers Onion Burger. The chipotle chicken flatbread was horrible; I might as well been eating cardboard soaked in sauce. No flavor except for the sauce.

The lady working the drive through was incredibly helpful. Im on a restricted diet and she happily answered all my questions and even went beyond that to explain dietary options. Also, my smoothie was delicious!

I love love love this place. I love the food and their smoothies are delicious. They are pretty slow but they dont pre make anything so its worth the wait. Also I like the rewards program

Great chipotle flatbread sandwich. Smoothie was good. Very fast service. Surprised there was only 2 vegetarian sandwich on the menu though.
