Saw a little out door patio and decided to try it. Took the family in. There were 3 young people sitting in the entry. None smiled or greeted. One, almost begrudgingly asked how many. Asked if a patio seat was available. They took us out and we were the only people there. I mentioned the music was really loud and they didnt offer to turn it down. After several minutes with the menu, no one came to greet us, or ask if wed like a drink. Also, I noticed it was called Land Run, logo had a horse and appeared to have a western theme, but out on the patio they were blaring the Beatles. I finally got to thinking, I think I want to go to the competitors Im used too. If Im going to listen to Beatles blaring, Im going to need a drink. I talked it over with the family, and we decided to switch restaurants. The experience was already bad enough I didnt want to risk bad food on top of that. Sadly for the owner, its probably just a case of having accidentally hired a bunch of hipster teens that dont know how to or dont want to work. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing. Had any of the staff made any sort of effort at greeting guests, being friendly or customer service, that place could have potential. If they had excellent and attentive staff, they could have a lot of potential.

OMG. Do NOT waste your time/money on this dive! They call themselves a wine bar. They have a Mark West Pinot Noir "on tap" for happy hour. We order one each. Its rancid. Vinegar. After 10 minutes passes, we finally get a different waitress attention to find our waitress. We politely say wed like to trade the two happy hour glasses (one sip out of each) for a bottle of Angeline, as the wine has gone bad The waitress said, "um... Im not really sure how that works." I explain that is she just smells it, shell understand. She sticks her nose in the wine, and said, well..I dont drink this stuff, so I couldnt tell anyway. Surely, the bartender will, right? Nope. He insists its impossible for the wine to go bad (wrong) and offers 50%off. We walked.

Our car broke down and the staff here were so helpful Shaun gave us a jump but car died again....They allowed us to stay inside given us water.. So while stranded we ordered some sandwiches , came with fries, LET ME TELL YOUthose sandwiches were not only very delicious but my grandaughter said it was amazing. She wasnt wrong!!! A-1....delicious food 5 stars to the service going above and beyond !!!"She my grand mother gave them tips and i am starting to think that I should give them a tip myself since they have been so nice"said my grandaughter.

This is my neighborhood place and I like it a lot. Claire, Connor and Britany, the bartenders, are each friendly and conversational when they arent too busy. They pour a real drink, too. The place is never packed, but always occupied. The regulars are cool and well behaved. Lastly, LR has the largest menu of any bar I know. I love the tamale dinner, the roast beef baked potato with au jus and all their burgers. Their mushroom swiss burger might be the best bar burger ever.

Great spot, well worth the trip to this side of town. Best burger Ive ever had, honestly. Their pretzels are amazing, their grilled sandwiches are great too. Also their baked potato spud things are huge and delicious too. They have a bar section and a restaurant section as well as a patio. I dont know what it is but this has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat in norman.

Ordered food to go, and half of my food was not in the bag. I called back and the waitress who answered the phone said "I dont know what sides went with your order." I repeated myself twice on the phone and a third time when i arrived to pick up my food. When i arrived home items were still missing from my order. I love the food here but service is terrible.

This is a really nice place,hidden away on what looks like business buildings... theres a restaurant and bar that are connected by a corrido so your oblivious to the other. Bar is beautifully decorated and they have a nice selection of beer and wine (4 wines on tap!) Foods good - I love the collection of sliders which are great of youre on a Fasting plan!!

Everything here is good. The top choice is the butterfly pork tenderloin. The burgers are solid and you really cant go wrong here. Only reason not a 5* is the service is hit and miss. Im a regular and never seem to have big issues but many friends have commented on very poor service

Great food but if I could recommend anything to the owners it would to make sure their employees are more knowledgable. With being a new restaurant people are going to ask questions and the server we had could not answer any question... Specifically the drink menu and food menu.

Went in for a light snack. Had a great draught Guinness and decided to eat the full Bacon Burger. My gosh -- it was delicious. Service was super attentive while training another person. Also had their Pretzels and Cheeze dip -- which is worth getting. My wife and I will return.

The bacon, bacon, bacon burger is amazing. They not only have beer on tap but WINE too. The patio is pet friendly and non smoking. Bar area is completely separate from the dining area, but seating at the bar is very limited. Staff is friendly and usually on top of it.

The service is great, as well as the atmosphere! Great place to go if youre looking to watch a game. Plenty of well place TVs. They have good deals on drinks at happy hour, and good deals in general. Oh and the food is great too!

The food was great, the atmosphere was nice, had lots of TVs if you wanted to go and catch a game, and the wait staff is really friendly. Our server Amanda was attentive but not in your face constantly. Will be going again!

Great pulled pork sandwich. Sides of Mac n cheese and fried okra were some of the best Ive had in a long time. Very good selection of beers and cocktails. Easily one of the best restaurants on the east side of Norman.

Went here last night. We were only allowed late night menu because it was after 9. Ordered the mango salsa another appetizer. It was not a bad expeu but it wasnt great either. However The food was tasteless.

The atmosphere is great, nice bar and patio. The food is really good, not just bar food but good stuff. Great sandwiches, burgers, and cheese stcks. Service is getting a lot better.

Food here is top notch. Cant go wrong with any of the burgers. All three times have been spent on the patio (which is excellent) so I cant speak to the quality of the indoor seating.
