I like Panera bread , but this location is horrible. I tried to order a Flatbread, they had to check to see if they had any...only 2 left. I then ordered soup. after I paid and was waiting for my food I was told they had no more baguettes and if I wanted an apple. I asked for whole wheat bread so I can eat with my soup like I do with the baguette. they offered me white or rye, so I asked again if they had anything whole wheat in the house that it would be fine. apparently not. how is Panera bread out of Flatbreads, baguettes, and all whole wheat options in the restaurant....oh and dont ask them for hot soup because if you ask them to heat your soup up so its not cold, they tell you to do it yourself at the microwave by the coffee. at least Im not the only one who thinks so, the table next to me just said to another "if they are charging this kind of price they better step up their game, they are out of everything and what they do have is cold" top notch guys. dont waste your money or time here.

I love going to panera and I was excited when one was opening up in willoughby. I have been there 3 times and each time was a terrible experience. The place is cold, dirty and the staff is rude and unprofessional. I had dirty silverware on 2 of the 3 times i have been there; i ordered a loaf of bread that was given to me in an air filled bag that caused all the slices to fall out of order and the food has a very poor presentation. I refuse to go there anymore and drive extra miles and time to the mentor one where ive never had an issue. this new panera in willoughby should be ashamed of how things operate at that location.

I absolutely love Panera, but this location has disappointed me many times. I work nearby and frequent this location at lunch time. The workers there are very polite but for the third time now they have messed up my order. I dont usually check my order until I am back at work, at which point it is too late to correct the mistake, so Im stuck with a meal I dont want. My suggestion would be to always check your order before you leave, just in case.

I visit store 4643, the earlier part of December. The service was horrible. When I tried reaching an solution with the Manager Danica McCann, I was told theres nothing she could do, because I dont live near the cafe. I also express to the manager, that my issues wasnt address, or taken seriously, and that she sided with the employee. She offered, that if i came 700 miles, she would give me a bowl of soup, I consider this an insult.

They cheapened everything, downsizing portions and quality of food. We ordered a panini, and were given a soggy flatbread with some leaves, and one slice of tomato, all for the whopping price of $5.19. Lost my business if they continue this cheapskate attitude.

Okay. For the price i wasnt impressed. Ive had much better experiences at other Paneras. I had the Bacon Turkey Bravo, it lacked the pop of flavor that Ive experienced before that made Panera so tasty. My wife had a Autumn Squash soup that was ver good.

Fast service. Went during lunch rush. Very well staffed and food came out in a more than fair amount of time. Both my sandwich and soup were on par. Have eaten here 3 times now when in the area for work. One of the better Panera Breads I have visited.

Food so-so. Disappointed that a welcoming-looking exterior has crummy food. And Way OVERPRICED. $9 for a half a flat bread sandwich the size of my wallet and a tiny apple. Dont really care about their customers.

They changed something and its not as good as it used to be. If you ask me, its just not as good as it used to be. Im not eating there any more. The staff is friendly but the food was not as good as it used to be.

We like Panera...good coffee. Good place for soup and sandwhich...can sit and visit with friends as long as you like and nobody cares...wifi in all seating areas.
