The coffee I just had there was way below par. They used to be pretty good but have gone downhill and I will never waste my money again on that nasty brew. Sheesh, my coffee at home is waaay better than the bilge-water they just served me. I use a Ninja coffee maker and organic Sumatra Estate beans from BJs ground in a burr hand grinder. All I have to do is keep things clean, and my coffee is wonderful; but if I let buildup occur on the basket or in the pot, or if my beans start getting stale, then I get coffee that tastes like I got served today. Its like they arent even trying, it isnt rocket science. Two stars and not one only because the service was prompt and the pastries were decent.

It is nice enough, but I cannot believe they serve the coffee in plastic cups! The sugar/milk area was a mess too - like something you would expect at a fairground coffee van. We asked if they made Milkshakes and were given a look as though we had just descended from a spaceship. Someone aught to tell them they have "MILKSHAKES" written on their window (see their Facebook profile pic or Google Streetview if you dont believe me).

Arabica has moved a couple doors down from their original location. This is a great place with good coffee and eats too. They also have the famous Willoughby Room if you are looking to have more privacy. I suggest their iced mocha with whip cream. It is unfortunate that Arabica had lost a star employee named Ken. The new location is more modern than the old location, but there was something magical about the old spot.

Ive always been an Arabica fan through and through, so I enjoy their customer service from friendly staff, and all their choices of foods and drinks. High quality items, and the employees definitely work to make sure each customer gets above and beyond service. Theres a reason why they have so many regulars.
